I'm curry, an ex professional valorant player who has previously played for teams such as C9 Valorant and T1 Valorant. I think damage less than 1 hp isn't counted. It just shakes the screen.

deadlock is like Yoru. Underpowered on release and overpowered after buff. Difficult to master but broken after learning
