myginn73 😂😂😂 omg same my practical teacher last year had the whole class in tears because we were all trying in from of the class and it was so funny. Now I’m actually pretty good at it because I practised my ass off learning that 😂😂😂😂 one of my Chinese friends though can do it without tripping at all.

four is “sì” . ten is “shí”. is is “shì” so 4 is 4 in mandarin is “ sì shì sì” it ‘s so hard even for Chinese

서연 That shi sentence is written in ancient Chinese grammar nowadays we Chinese people don’t speak in that manner; it just shows how important tones are and people may not understand you if we just write pinyin and no characters. All the best with your Chinese learning! 😊

this is what we actually learn and train since we're young...but ..its not just all about the speed 😂 its even funnier when you know both Mandarin and Cantonese 😂 the translation of 蚊 is mosquito 😭 😂 Mike doesn't even said anything correct in Mandarin and he still blaming that he's not good in Cantonese 😂😂😂 Sheldon is good in Cantonese the last one is almost perfect except the 7 dollars for 7 turtle; Edward is good in both pronunciation although he takes longer time to finish it without skipping (or double) any words 😂😂

Love this video! Mike isn't that bad actually. With Mandarin he sounded like he was reading poetry.. until he started reading in Cantonese LMAO I can't with the 'shi' tongue twisters; it's too hard to say it fast. That Cantonese tongue twister about that tall brother is my favourite tongue twister. I always say that because it's the only one I can hahaha

I learned Chinese and in the beginning my teachers would give us these speech jammers but like only the pinyin, without the chinese characters, so no one would actually know what it's about :D but man the cantonese ones got me laughing so hard haha
