Very nice and very inspiring. Age is just a number and learning never stops. I am 47 and started my career in 1997 as an IT Systems administrator. Put in over 2 decades in IT Infrastucture background and by 2020, was managing a team of 50 engineers and heading a division. At the age of 45 decided to quit my high paying management job and decided to move into cloud computing and DevOps, since I was no longer enjoying the management role. Invested time an money on picking up new skills for couple of years. Got some freelancing projects during my transition period. Finally in 2022, got a break as senior solutions architect in cloud and DevOps space.

@@shivnaresh143 Well if you take up a good data science course, chances are that you will be able to secure a good job. But understand that when you switch, most companies will still consider you as a fresher and hence getting a good package immediately after the course maybe a bit difficult.

I am 42 and have built a start up in last 6 years. I started learning Java after I left Cognizant at the age of 36. I was never a developer before that. What I liked in this interview is : 1. If you think you will pay 1 lac to yourself as an employee then others will also give. 2. Don't expect someone to give higher pay first and then you will work for it. First put your efforts and then you will get the results 1 day. This happens regularly. Just open your eyes you will see many examples of hardwork and sincerity giving you the due.

Yes this videos really mold the new reality mindset that use to think that to be really successful Programmer you have to start coding before 18 yrs old. It was true 10 yrs back.By the way today it might be confusing to choose IT job vs KZfaqr as career, as both requires great patience and hard work ,and youtube gives hard run for money to Software engineers.
