"Let's take it easy" is one of Haikyuu's most memorable scenes, in this video I talk about how it relates to a major problem i've faced as a creator recently, and how it'll help you too.

This is the 1st time , I have tipped a creator. I am glad that I watched this. I have relaised this concept lately & hearing someone say it was very emotional. still not yet there, but atleast I have it as my core principle. Thanks alot

Hinata’s arc literally changed my life. I felt so behind because as an illustrator it took me forever to get good enough to be hired on projects, so whenever I got one my health - and especially sleep - were my last priority. I eventually messed up my arm rushing a big project and had to take two years off, which drove me into a very dark place. And then I read Haikyuu. It was miraculous. It made me feel hopeful, pushed me to get help and inspired me when I felt lost. I’m still going to physio but I can take projects again and have finally gotten my sleep in order and am regaining my stamina. Now my health is my first priority on projects. Your video really hit me and seeing those clips again is a great motivation. Thanks and continue to take care of yourself!

My partner has a saying he picked up in the military, “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.” It’s based on how moving too quickly can lead to mistakes which leads to time lost fixing the mistake, but I find it also applies to things like learning a new skill or even just keeping house. I get so caught up in where I want to be that I rush toward the end goal and end up finding myself out of fuel before I get to the finish line. I’m learning to take it slow - I have my whole life to learn these skills, and the housework will always be there 😅

Thank you for this video! This is so beautifully made. Haikyuu to me is not just a fun show. When I was a kid, I hated physical activities and sports. I had been an unhealthy, overweight child. I felt like my life had no purpose. I sacrificed my health, my sleep, everything just to spend endless days on things that don't actually matter to me. But... there came Haikyuu. Haikyuu encouraged me to embrace and love sports. The story encouraged me to care more for myself and my friends and make the most of everyday. Haikyuu taught me to slow down, take a deep breath. I decided to sleep better, exercise, eat well, and invest the rest of my time into skills and passions I love. Thank you man. Such a timely video.

These videos kind of explain to me why I find these anime’s so inspiring and I try to take a little bit away from each one. The most I learnt from was the “flow state” vid. Thanks for the content I hope you keep it coming, in your own time, with quality you’re happy with.

One of the best channels to exist on this platform. I mean, anime is celebrated by a lot, I would even tend to say that it‘s one of the largest communities on social media and it‘s a medium which is so special because of it‘s unique way of delivering an interestingly written plot with a central message integrated into it. Still, the message oftenly doesn‘t reach the audience as probably wished by the mangaka, despite the message being realistic, human and surely supportive for our life. We face a diversity of problems as we scroll through youtube and search for more anime content to consume, also for the use of distracting ourselves from our „misery“ and suddenly, we find this channel. A youtiber that analyses the matter of the plot very well and presents it to us then tells us how we can find hope and inspiration in the stories and characters that we have a place in our heart for. This channel is the best proof for anime and social media not just being pure time wasters and not benefiting at all. You are producing a change in the lives of thousands all around the globe in like the most logical, calming and human way for all of us. Dunno if it‘s just me, but always when I watch your videos, I experience a kinda calming feeling understanding that most of my problems were caused by my very own mentality and so far, always when I was getting negative thoughts in for me tough situations, which I would have never been able to handle before I had found your channel, I have instinctively remembered the lessons from the mob psycho, blue lock, vinland saga, etc. videos and I immediately assimiliated my behaviour resulting in me not feeling down any more. I just wanted to say thank you, you have positively influenced my whole mentality and life in general by putting this much hard work and love into your content that primarily is meant to help others, unlike most of youtube. I really wish you the best and I know that you can achieve the goals you‘ve mentioned and create more of these great videos that will definitely bring more positive changes to everyone watching. Thank you 🔥🔥🔥

This is a dope channel man. The algorithm just showed a haikyuu video so I clicked but I love this message. I'm a massage therapist and speaking for myself, breath work and yoga has been a game changer. Just remembering that something as simple as your breath is something to be incredibly grateful for. It makes it easier to slow down and not compare your life to others who started off much better off than you.

But now i'm prioritizing my sleep and physical health and more and i feel even better, energized and can concentrate more. So your words hold truth.

5:30 - So relevant! I really have difficulty with my time optimism. When I schedule things I think it will take me a lot less time than I actually need and I put in so much for myself setting myself up to fail, then beating myself up for not performing. Sometimes we need to see others go through the same problem to see it within ourselves and that's why I love modern mythologies like this!!

When I first read this part of the manga and even when I Watched it in the anime afterwards, I actually had tears in my eyes just cuz its not only such a major part of competing but also Hinata's Growth as a character. This moment is so impactful as a competitor, because When you compete you'll often find some losses you had, even ones that "Shouldve been Forsure Wins", happened because you "Rushed Trying to Win/Rushed the Win" When you get experienced enough in this aspect of losing, you'll start to notice when you/your team is doing it midgame and that you need to get everyone to relax and slow down or itll go bad, the panicking that Coach Ukai had is kind of a symbol of that. Often times it happens when you/your team "Smells Blood in the Water"(you sense the opponent is weaker or that you're about to win), so people just full step on the gas to try and win, or like what you mentioned in the video when people are so behind, they get desperate to win. Doing either of these things often creates alot of mistakes as well as exhaustion, which creates even more mistakes.

I remember when I first watched this video and I felt very connected to the message. 9 months later after coming back to remind myself of the message due to the prompt in the johzenji video that dropped yesterday (which was a banger btw) but after rewatching this video I can really say this rewatch touched my soul as I’ve been on my own ball boy arc recently and ik the hard work and sticking true to my principles and staying consistent has and will continue to pay off. Thank you ever so much for making this video

This moment made me a volleyball champion! Started setting beginning off the 2022 season and at the end off 2023 season, to complete amazement from everyone at my club, i was setting good enough for my beer team to become champions! I am now stepping outside the volleyball world because in Netherlands there are no Hinata's. And as a new setter they expect you to only play 2nd tempo. And preferable extremely save options. I really was hoping for my personal army off Hinata's but that never happened. If this army exists anywhere, OikawAtsumu (thats my setting style, but on budget! XD) is calling! Am 33 and learned myself to play volleyball. Next year/season ill be scoring atleast 50 goals as striker. Mark my words, the world has an ace and he has a name.
