At a certain point, I realized that my business had gotten bigger than me. If I wanted it to continue to grow and succeed, I needed to bring in support from people who knew more than me and were gifted differently than me. Enter, my operations strategist. Bringing someone in to look at my business from a different perspective and through a different lens has made a world of difference. She has been able to help me see the holes in my operations, fix them, and cast vision for future strategy that I was having trouble finding.
