You ancient nation is highly respected in Israel (I love the Arab world, but I know how humiliating it is for the Arabs of the Middle East to realize that only with the ascendancy of IRAN, there is at last a a power that has superiority over Israel. We (Israelis) know that Iran is the real Empire of the Middle East. Except for the access to the Mediterranean, our two nations have no fundamental conflict. The Israeli-Iranian conflict is entirely artificial. It broke in one day in 1979, and the good relations can be reestablished in 10 seconds. There is no territorial conflict here. There is no tragical history of refugees. There are no decades of painful bloodshed. There is HOWEVER a very strong cultural affinity, between two ancient people, and a true bond of friendship (we are seeing it today from Iranians, not only from those in the diaspora). Obviously, Iran, the REGIONAL EMPIRE threatens the Arab world (at least the Sunite majority), but Israel can get along quite smoothly with its dominance (as an enclave on the shores of the Mediterranean).

Hezbollah, Iraq, Yemen all helped Iran tax the Israeli air defense. To the point that they had no air defense. I just saw a Gray Zone video and they said the Israelis spent $200 million an hour in air defense and they spent a billion. So if you do the math. 5 hours of stress.
