In this video, I share the methods I have used to stay healthy (and free of colds and the flu) for over 6 years. The methods I share include my supplement routine, my lifestyle habits, and the specific exercises I do to improve white blood cell count and keep my immune system primed to fight off foreign bacteria, viruses, and microbes. All the methods I share are either scientifically tested, proven, or clinically tested for efficacy. It is important to note that these are the tips that I do. Of course, you will need to do your own diligence and seek a health care practitioner (functional medicine practitioners are great) to help you navigate through the necessary laboratory testing, diagnosing, and treatment as this is only an entertainment/educational video. I hope you find it useful!

It's frustrating because.....I eat a salad every day with healthy ingredients in it, I take supplements, and I exercise regularly. And guess what....the covid virus hit me hard. It has been almost three weeks since the first symptoms and I'm still recovering. I need to strengthen my immune system.

Believer72~ I am so sorry to know that you were struck with the virus and even sorrier to know that it hit you hard. I am grateful, however, that you are still with us and--while it appears to be slower than you wish--you are recovering. I wish that the videos I share were a panacea cure-all, unfortunately, despite the best of wisdom, we are all still vulnerable. If you try some of these methods let me know. You may want to find a functional practitioner whose specialty is immunology... Thank you for taking the time to watch my video. I hope that there was at least one tid bit of information that was useful... Keep me posted on your recovery! Dr. Linné

Great video! I totally agree with you about Vitamin D. I also take zinc with Vitamin C and I add quercetin as a zinc ionophore.

Some people don't get sick because of their genetics. They can attribute some of their good health to habits and lifestyle....but a lot of it just comes down to good ole luck (being born with healthy genes). If someone lives to 95 years old....there's a good chance their parents did too.

@@believer7280 The study of epigenetics supports your thought, in that we carry genes that can determine what diseases we will be susceptible to in the future. Despite this, studies show that these genes don't always express themselves when the environmental conditions are "right". We've learned that there are so many contributing factors that can stress the immune system and make us vulnerable to unfavorable gene expression that it is very difficult to pinpoint cause and effect. However, even with this challenge, we have enough information supporting what "healthier people do", that scientists can identify the exact lifestyle factors that improve telomere length on genomes. So, there are things we can do to have a favorable leg up when it comes to gene expression and disease. If you are interested, you can learn more about this in this video: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/sNV3ZdRmlbPIZ6M.html Let me know what you think. And, as always, thank you for taking the time to comment and provide great insight! In health, Dr. Linné
