Either get certified in some trades, or go to college or figure out how to live below your means… if you do the bare minimum for money at a bare minimum job you’ll see bare minimum results. I recommend getting a home inspector certificate and license. You’ll learn a ton & triple the money you’re making now.

I’ve been telling people saving 200-300 isn’t enough… in order to get your money up quickly you need to figure out how to make enough that you can live off of one paycheck and save the other… requires sacrifice but is worth it

Saved. 1000 per paycheck.. ... then 2 years later after hard work 😂😂 30,000 saved??? Bro 26 paycheck per year. Should have 52,000 in two years.

That savings didn’t go to just real estate, I had personal things I had to take care of pay off my student loans, invested some in the stock market. New phone/computer.
