This is for everyone listening to this amazing KZfaqr and comparing themselves with her. She said she sold three businesses at 28, and you might be 28 and think, "Look at her, she has already done so much at my age, and look at me." I just want to tell you: DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF. Just because her journey is this way doesn't mean yours has to be exactly like hers. I'm speaking in a good sense: everyone's journey is different. Some have this determination, while others struggle to find their path and say, "This is what I want to do." Age doesn't matter. And it's totally okay. Yes, I am 29 years old, and my journey is totally different. I didn't even know how to speak English two years ago, I didnt know even how to use a computer because I am from a small town from Peru, and there I was comparing myself with people younger than me who had gone far. It NEVER HELPED ME GET ANYWHERE. Secondly, we really don't know everything. We mostly suffer because of an idea in our heads. Many people are millionaires or trillionaires, and we rush into it because we want to be there as well. No one wants to be losers or left behind, so we do what everyone else is doing-or claim themselves to do, and how sucessful they are and how though and strong their mind is We think they are perfect, so do we, so do you, and it s ok. . But you know, sometimes I like to think, "I am not really seeing their bank account or their daily journey." If it's true that they are making a lot of money, don't believe everything you see and embrace your journey; it's different. Obviously, not all are, but I have a sense that many just exaggerate what they have accomplished at an early age because that is called marketing. It causes curiosity, and it's like bait for a fish. So you watch. Just said. if she can do it, so can i

Finally. You are the first person on social media that I've heard say that having your personal finances in order before taking risks increased your confidence to take the risks that paid off because you felt safe to do so. So many people out there push the idea that being hungry makes you better at hustling but I don't agree with that. I feel the way you do. The more financially secure I am, the more comfortable I am taking calculated risks.

My emergency fund just got finished today, it's the second best decision we have made next to getting our company out of debt. It has slowed our growth dramatically this year, but now with all the cash flow that we have been sinking into the emergency fund becoming free cash flow we are about to make SO MUCH PROGRESS! Good luck! P.S. watch out for debt, an emergency fund is of little value if you are drowning in debt. There is so much more margin when you don't have loans to service.

You hit the nail on its head on #6. I rushed to buy a brand new car because I started making money at this new job and also because my cousin who worked at the dealership was going to help me get the lowest interest rate. Though in reality, I honestly didn’t even like the car, but because it was brand new and nicer than the car I had at the time I went with it. Well let’s just say I don’t have the car anymore and unnecessarily lost money I could’ve been using in better ways right now. That was definitely a lesson learned to never impulse buy again.

If you are referring to a spouse that is driven, it’s possible that they are only concerned with their own dreams and won’t end up supporting yours. I think you have to do a lot of work yourself, although it would be fun to have a partner that you are not married to, to go into the venture and bounce ideas off of. Sometimes what we want isn’t what we thought we wanted, an interesting conversation with a rep from your former company led me to this conclusion. Our chat began with the usual how are you and let’s get to know one another. I told him how my husband and I purchased a small farm a few years ago and his reply was “that is my dream, I would love to have land someday with animals”. That comment struck me and has stayed with me ever since…I am living the dream and it didn’t take a lot of money to get me here. It took careful planning and A LOT of hard work as we built almost everything ourselves. But I wouldn’t change the experience for anything because I love the work. Just a thought from the other side of the spectrum…I admire your hard work and ethics ❤

I think she is and always just a ambitious person. I don’t take her advice too serious though, not everyone wants to spend too much time deciding who to hang around. Actually many choose to not hang around or trust anyone. I will not choose who to hang around based on their wallets. It is true though a single person who appears in your life can change it instantly especially if they have something you want like being rich or do something fir a living that could prosper you.

I just wanted to say that THIS Video really moved me, there are lots of people out there talking about things and often times they really don't know what they are talking about. You have such a RIVETING Personality, for me the difference between you and all the Bubble Gum Videos is Blatantly Clear. As I watched this Video, all I could feel was Gratitude, I am so Thankful you took the time to do this. (Because you didn't need to) I Appreciate it when someone who really knows what they are talking about, takes the time to share what they know. Thank You! 💖

1. pindah tempat tinggal. 5.ambil solusi yg simpel aja. kita ga butuh solusi yg fancy sebenernya. 6. jangan buat keputusan yg tergesa gesa, cepet boleh, tergesa gesa jangan. ini buat mau invest aja. 7. uang itu permainan, ga perlu jadi pinter buat punya uang banyak. uang cuma alat, jadi pakai sebagaimana alan itu bekerja. pakai uang buat beli value yg bisa bikin uang lagi. mungkin kayak pake uang buat beli properti trus di sewain, value uang dibanding properti yg di sewain lebih inverior. 8. makin banyak kamu ukur, makin banyak hasil. jadi, ukur semua. monitoring omsetku aja terus sampe kecapai 9. km beli untuk sekarang dan seterusnya. uang suka dibelikan sesuatu yg jangka panjang. tiap mau beli sesuai, pikir aja ini bakal aku pakai sampai kapan dan berapa sering. "bisa buat jangka panjang ga ya, worth it sampai jangka panjang ga ya"

Serious question for you Leila, and I respect your path, completely! What clicked in the mindset from being small town to realizing you want to be bigger/richer/wealthier? That tending bar and selling cars wasn’t going to do it. What was the realization right before that thought? For me, as a competitive athlete, there was a knowing that I wanted and was on the path to fulfill a vision of success. That as an amateur, I wanted to turn pro, and eventually became a champion professional. For better half, she realized personal training wasn’t going to cut it. That if she wanted to buy a luxury home, she needed to sell luxury homes. (As you said, manifested the money through increased value provided) ❤

Congrats, Leila! I’m glad to see you made it out, and I’m so happy for you and your success! I too struggled with the same stuff in that town and had to get out. I’m so glad I did! I’m not a millionaire entrepreneur (tried, failed, now a husband and father) but I’m still committed to self-excellence and mastery and am still yearning for “more” out of life. I’m a work in progress (struggle with adult AdHD and limiting beliefs) but seeing someone from the same place catch a spark and light up the world is super inspiring and reminding me what’s important to me in life. It was so awesome to see this. Cheers and wishing you all the best!

🌟Focus on Revenue Generation 🌟Frugality drives Innovation: Understand Leverage- it starts with how you think when you have less. 🌟Have a Safety Fund to take more risks in Business > Making money involves taking risks 🌟Wealthy People make decisions out of their Value & give themselves space & time. NO Impulse Purchases! 🌟The only reason to make more money is to do something else with it.🌟The more you measure the more you make: every day look at your money 🌟Money loves a longterm mindset/ Wealthy people don’t make short term money decisions.

I'm often debating with myself the whole "don't listen to people with less money" concept...I mean.... I get it........ but damn there's a LOT to learn from people who almost made it and you can be completely derailed by people who are wealthy for all the wrong reasons i.e. Dan Bilzerian. It's the old correlation versus causation problem. Thank you for your amazing content as always :)
@risingvikings5834

You have to take this with a grain of salt. Yes, you want to listen to what people who don't understand monetary concepts to see what they did wrong and assess, "Do I want to end up like that? Do I want to make the same mistakes?" However, there are some people (who are poorer) who don't understand the value of creating wealth either. This is coming from somone who came from very, VERY humble beginnings. I wouldn't consider myself rich AT All, but I'm significantly better off because I don't hang around some of the people I used to go to high school with - some of them became drug addicts, some of my family criticized my needs to geographically relocate to make more $. I left and surrounded myself with people who had more experience in areas I wanted to grow, areas where there is more money, more success, and I am significantly better off than had I stayed stagnant in a place and around people that don't have the same goals I do. But, there was one person who encouraged me to do the above because they made mistakes in their younger life that ultimately damaged them, so I also listened to their advice to learn from them. There's the old adage, "Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."

Comment #1000 - I love this content Leila! Perfectly encapsulates everything I've learned from experience but couldnt express or apply so clearly yet. What I want to say is that I spent less than $ 100 from the fake LV I bought from a aunt *luxdups* . The quality is very good. I spent four years on the plane, the bus, and anywhere. As a rag. I specially smelled the bag and compared the stitching color. This is the most authentic I have ever seen. To this day, this bag is still very strong. Although it has been abused, the material is still great.

Sounds nice in theory but I need money to eat and I've simply never found a job I'd be happy to do if I didn't need the money. The things I actually want to do with my time don't pay. For me personally, my favourite thing to do is hike and run in the mountains. Yes it could be turned into a job through guiding etc. but it's the solo days, with no filming, no writing, no photography etc that I love the most, and that doesn't pay! So I needed to work a job I'd rather not do to fund my passions. Thankfully that gave me the drive to work out a way not to work! It took over a decade if careful financial gymnastics to retire age 37 and start living the life I actually want but I never could have done that without going to work.
