One question always bothers me. These WhatsApp marketing platforms are so tired to one product i.e, WhatsApp! What if meta themselves develop a product for customers instead of just offering APIs in the future? Anybody think that's not a real possibility in the near future? I'm such case, how can these WhatsApp marketing agencies survive?

Meta has done this. They have the WhatsApp API. They have an ad platform which I'm sure they will start integrating with the API so that businesses can do ad tracking on WhatsApp. If you mean do you Meta will make an end to end product like this built on the platform they have it is unlikely because each business needs the product tailored to it's business needs

Please put English subtitles for all of us to Understand, it's like clicking, opening and waiting for the few seconds of disappointments / frustrations when we don't understand those few hindi lines and its repeats for the rest of the video. Humble request - Speak whatever language you're comfortable but atleast realise the fact that there are some who still struggle with Hindi, so it will be lot helpful for all the audience even the international viewers if there's an English subtitle.

WhatsApp payment is there already via UPI... What's new ?

Hey Arup, great question! The WhatsApp Payments available on WhatsApp is different from ours. It's because, you as a business will be able to collect your payments directly within WhatsApp from your customers via UPI, netbanking & cards. Your customer won't be redirected to another payment app. They'll see a payment option within the WhatsApp interface, thereby helping you increase your payment collection and reduce dropoffs.
