I have switch recently and this is my 5th company in 9 yrs of exp. I am completely agree with the sir, I put my resignation before having any offer and I got first offer just after 15 days of resignation and this technique works very well but your interview preparation should be solid as well

Now, my company is not having dot net core projects in the pipelines and have assigned to me different technology to work on which I'm not interested in, and also I have some personal issues.. I have been trying to switch from last 2 months and yet not able to get offer letter. What should be done in this situation considering this recession time and freezed hiring... Plz reply!

1.I joined the new company 1 month back but didn't like the way they code 2. Gave interview, clear it and resign from there but the manager said we can't release you. 3. Also no buy out option is available and got threat from them 😅😅 they will take legal steps if I don't serve the notice period. What should I do now?

These days HR people are directly asking in 1st call itself "What us ur notice period" Should we fake in the 1st call? What if offer letter is released and then we tell HR that our company notice period is 2/3 months? It can also impact our stature.
