What is even more satisfying than the converge is that you managed to get the perfect tone of foundation that doesn't leave your face with a different color than the rest of your body, even I could never find the right tone for myself!!

i have acne too, i feel like i don’t see anyone my age with acne and i feel awful about it. (i’m 19, almost 20) it’s gotten a little better recently but the redness is crazy

i’ve stopped getting facials bcs she moved back to louisiana & my skin is definitely weeping. CONSTANT cheek acne that always resurfaces & sides of eyebrows. also under the chin ones too & it’s like a never ending battle of getting them to go away after 2 weeks just fa them to cb after like 4-5 days

I appreciate that she specified that it worked FOR HER skin type. I feel like a lot of makeup artists, skincare people, and hair care people don’t specify enough and just make to many generalizations.

I literally had no idea so yeah I'd say you're an expert! I've always thought you were like, beautiful to the point that it's intimidating so showing us this realness is really cool and makes me feel better. If someone as pretty as you has problematic skin then I can be pretty too!

I had acne all the way into my 50s when I discovered a small story in O, the Oprah magazine. It said ....try stopping all dairy. It worked! I still get a break out or two if I eat pizza. I'm in my 60s.

Same, after I stopped with milk and yogurt my skin improved a ton! Still get breakouts but mostly because of my period

Tip: if you are under moisturising your skin will produce more oils to moisturise it’s self so don’t forget to moisturise ❤

You can cover acne up, but feel free to wear it out too. People with acne aren't dirty or unhygienic!!! It's mostly genetic and if someone isn't gonna love you with your zits, they don't deserve you

Love your routine, I had the same issue. Try different primers Thoe personally Mac had me dying. Meaning that it made me break out even more.

Anyone who's got acne I recommend stop eating/drinking dairy. It's helped me a lot. And try go for a swim for a few days. Salt water gets rid of acne too.. sometimes

Have you ever tried non comedogenic makeup? I have very oily skin as well and got bad breaks outs as an adult. I switched to only that type of makeup which doesn’t clog pores and is better for your skin than regular makeup

I had lots of acne in my 20s and wish now that someone told me to cut out meat, dairy and eggs for 3 weeks. Then slowly add one back to figure out what did it. For me it was dairy...all the hormones in dairy yikes. You are beautiful inside and out!

Two things, most hormonal acne goes away in your early 20's. I'd still recommend talking to a dermatologist about a prescription for it. Also. Birth control pills can also get rid of your acne.

30% salicylic acid peel twice a week. Apply to a dry face. Dirty is fine. Start with just 20 seconds, then work up to at least 1.5 minutes, max 3 minutes. Super cheap and is a life changer. :)

Can you try to put translucid powder before ur fondation. My friend said it's life changing but because i have dry skin, i cannot try it, but you should try!😊

Ok I just found out that washing my face with my house water was the issue I'm a dinosaur 🦖 old and I had no clue. Maybe test your water because it might be an issue for your skin

@@urlocalsimp559 I love double cleansing using a makeup melting balm (elfs one is really good) or a makeup cleansing oil to break down all the makeup then u do ur normal cleanser! Thats how I do it and I never get breakouts from my makeup!

although it seems like the logical thing to do. We must admit that pretty privilege is so real, especially for her, an influencer. Makeup is a fast way to cover acne, and it's hard to ignore it when you know you can cover it to look better, to be treated better.

@@jammienguyen69 there are so many influencers who are starting to be real and not hide the real problems. That way it makes them more reliable and real. What you are telling is manipulating others. It's equal to using filters and photoshop to hide ur imperfections. Others see it and do and damage their skins with God knows what layers of chemicals, making it worse. If she was being real she would have more support. Also, we all have imperfections, doesn't mean we should hate it and put layers of make up just to cover it up and look picture perfect. We are humans. That's what happens to a NORMAL human body.

You’re so oily because you’re dehydrated. Acne is a simply a sign of an allergy you have to something you’re eating, wearing, using. Your skin is telling you it’s not good for it and your body is trying to detoxify therefor producing so much acne. Start looking at your diet and the ingredients in your skincare, makeup, & cleaning products.
