Hey Rishab! I just wanted to ask a quick question... you did a research project on pancreatic cancer using AI as an 8th grader. When exactly did you start learning coding, enough to implement it into BME? AI is pretty advanced, and really hard to self study. I'm a 9th grader, want to implement AI in my own projects, but don't have any experience in coding... If it's not too late, where do you suggest to start? Also, when you did do these projects, what resources did you use, as in what softwares would you use for your models and testing?

Hey Rishab, I'm fortunate to be in 7th grade and find out about these opportunities. I'm currently looking into a science research project relating to ophthalmology and neuroscience that I want to use to compete in the 3M Young Scientist Challenge. I'm also starting to learn some entry level computer languages such as Python. Can you advise me on any other things I could do that you think would give me some experience to prepare for my science ECs in high school?

Hi so I have a question regarding starting with scientific research, I’ve done some simple projects which I would try to get a deeper knowledge into I’ve done a solo project and, I hope you get to see this message and see whether the idea is worth researching or if u have any tips on finding new researching topics to research on, I’m interested in topics in engineering and robotics and would massively appreciate your help in doing some research!

Hey Rishab, i asked this question prior but i never got an answer. I know you don’t like pay for research but what do you think of the University of California Cosmos summer research programs? They are costly at 6-8k for 4 weeks. USC has one as well at 10k. Thank you.
