I did the color run! But, I didn’t run walking was awesome! We got to enjoy it! I love this video so glad you enjoyed it and went instead of getting down!

Dude! You pulled out that unicorn medal and I started bawling! I'm still balling. This was more inspirational then you could ever have thought. It is so hard to forgive yourself I just let go. So good job honey. You made my sad sad day that much brighter.

Indeed, and maybe someday I'll get to the point where I reframe before I beat myself up over being a failure. ;) Experiences like this, and talking about them, helps with that!

When you started talking about doing stuff and never completing it and being a failure... So relatable :,( wish I can change but it’s part of who I am. I get disinterested, side tracked and just lose motivation.

Yay! so glad you got the unicorn medal! I was preparing myself to be sad for you to tell us you didn't participate in the 5k at all! Someday I want to do one.... someday. lol
