I love to follow a winter diet, but it can be hard if I live in a cold climate with snow. In this video I'm going to share 9 tips for eating seasonally out of your garden or pantry in winter. There are options to grow your own food in a winter garden, but plenty of options to preserve food as well. Eating fall and winter vegetables is actually really fun when you get the hang of it. In fact, I like eating out of my winter garden as much (if not perhaps more) than my summer garden.
