How I got Corrupted Shards after the event - REMNANT 2

This is how I got corrupted shards after the Halloween event in Remnant 2. All this is RNG based but for some reason I got higher aberration spawn rate in this area. I got 5 corrupted shards in this run. Took around 20-25 min. Hope it helps.

THANKS, this helped me too(with adventure mode ). but with my test, I have some unconfirmed assumptions: 1. the spawn chance is related to some specific spot, e.g. the corner you provided in this video, I tried other corners, which the spawn is quite different from this one 2. the npc that we keep seems also affects the spawn, the melee female seems can trigger the Aberration to spawn more frequently, but the melee male seems may not, not even elite

@tigerseely3761 Glad I could help. And the points you mentioned might be true. The reason why I specifically told to stay in that area is because I tried other spots, like the long road near the bonefire and the area where the Huntress boss rest. But it didn't work. I donno about the npc we kites. Coz I didn't kite male npc to test it. The whole farming method is strange, lol. But it works. Thanks for sharing this.

This is the best video for this farm ive been running it with like 5 other people, lossum does have a higher chance to spawn them. Good luck all

This helped me, but I did it in Emperial Gardens, but it works ! Did really think I could leave 1 fodder and trigger the horn/siren.

This is in current patch. I'm wearing the crimson guard helm which was released in new dlc on 14th Nov, the halloween event was on Oct 27-31st :)

yes... higher the diff higher the spawn.. I've done this in Nightmare

what gun is that? and why do you have a lot of ammo?

I'm using Merciless and Corrupted Rune pistol. Donno what you mean by a lot of ammo. Merciless gun have a skill that give you infinite ammo for few sec if that's what you are asking :)

Run around Nerud on Apoc, dont go into any dungeons and jst spawn at different stones after you finish killing all the enemies. Run around Nerud open world.

how do you use them? i have some but dwell doesn't have anything i can craft with them

You can craft the new weapons only if you have the normal one unlocked. So for example you gotta have Merciless if you wanna craft the corrupted merciless. Other than crafting corrupted weapons, I donno if there's anything else you can do with it.

@@shahalisgamingah so not every weapon has a corrupted version and I've yet to find a base that does. Thank you!

Yup. Currently you can craft - Corrupted Aphelion, Corrupted Deceit, Corrupted Merciless, Corrupted Meridian & Corrupted Rune Pistol. Plus - when you kill the aberrations you'll get new mutators@@Vazik05

I'm not sure. I tried it on campaign because I saw some reddit post saying it spawns more on campaign. But I'm not 100% sure. You can use the "Save guardian" app and re roll adventure mode till you get this map and test it out. Let us know if it works :)

I can confirm this works on adventure, too. Played on apo and had a different tileset, but after a while, an aborition spawned.

Apoc is the way. But I did it in Nightmare. And it worked.
