My best build so far is the summoner/engineer because you do damage, life steal, self healing and defense and the skills from the engineer class will count as summons as well

With the immortal medic build, you can add the mod that gives you 200% mod power for all your self(?) healing. I’m sure there’s a ridiculous immortal mod build you can do with it. Combine that with spirit and arcane strike and you just might never be without your weapon mods active.

Fun change to the first build, adding one of my favorite combos, especially solo: replace amulet with the Matriarch's Insignia, replace the allied healing reading for dying ember and use the Ornate Flail with the Steadfast mutator. Unkillable infinite heavy attack helicopter.

Who runs out of ammo yall forget about ammo crates ?

Handler/Summoner is currently carrying me through Apoc. I just apply Slow and Bleed to everything and let my minions do their thing, they heal me when they do damage thanks to Soul Link, they take 10% of damage for me through Blood Bond, I can blow up my minions if I need to do burst damage or make healing puddles, and I can pick myself up every 90 seconds on top of being able to pick up my buddies faster than everyone else.

Shaed Bloom Crystal (30% damage bonus that swaps between physical and elemental damage every 5 sec) is probably the best choice for that corrosive and twisting wounds mod HUGS build

Try out the mod spam build that i use. The archetypes are summoner and the archon as prime archetype. With burden of the gambler, stone of malevolence, probablity cord, shard banded ring,with the talisman of the sun. Paired with the witch fire mod and the fire storm it is a crazy build imo

Surely one of the best build videos out there... You guys have definitely done your homework! I am currently using the medic, summoner, to carry my other two friends, but definitely going to try some of these other builds!

U forgot about the other solid dps build, Challenger/gunslinger with Rampage and bulletstorm. Its more of a fire rate burst dmg setup but its super flexible and u have a built in free res from challenger prime perk. Its a tankier dps build but works similar to HUGS but without so much need to hit weakpoints

Completed apocalypse with medic/ Summoner build with the resonating heart.. weapons merciless rifle with twisted rounds or nebula for corrosive stack.. currently using abrasive whetstone as amulet, ring of omens, ring of the robust, zanias malice, and last ring spot i use soul guard for the bulwark bonus for every summon.. a bit generic sure but works very well because the overheal we get is so high it looks like we're tanking so much stuff..

I am genuinely confused. Didn't know the combo of faerins sigil and stone of malevolence was bugged. I haven't been using faerins, but I have been using stone and archon, and I'm still getting back lightning fast mods, and they charge during the mod pop, without the use of faerins sigil.

I saw sone builds with challenger+ hunter so it was providing higher dps vs. Hugs. Thank you for sharing the video. I'd like to try the swapping build

I definitely just be abusing stone of malevolence with archon summoner using meredian with failsafe mutator, def not the best build out there but I just like being able to nonstop spam the screamer mod on meredian. Probably doesn't keep up in DPS with alot of the hugs or huch builds but is a ton of fun

Hugs is as strong as it is because the game is still at its heart a 3rd person shooter. Naturally, man with gun is going to be very powerful

Bro literally turned into Jackpot Hakari on that Immortal build.

The tank melee build destroys all of these to me because it removes stagger and relic use, so stagger chain attacks and empathy bosses just aren’t a problem. (Challenger+medic, world edge, steadfast mutator, drakestone pearl plus melee lifesteal ring. Use letto II armor and lab gloves and ignore dodge bec u literally don’t want to ever use. Just spam charge melee. Enjoy your free ammy slot and two ring slots)

Probably a stupid question but i am very interested in trying the dps hunter gunslinger build, but i dont see where your bleeding status comes from? am i missing something because i see things that work well with bleed but nothing to actually proc the bleed

They patched out The Immortal Engine. Medic-Engineer/Summoner. Kuri Kuri necklace and (conservation ring? Nrud ring that lowers relic use chance by up to 15%) with restriction cord and burden of the divine. 50% chance to not consume relic and getting them back with medic prime. Have all that with the Crystal heart and it USED to stack, meaning 100% damage mitigation at the cost of not being able to move. They have since patched out the heart from stacking on itself sadly

I got the Corruptor on the very end of my apocalyps run and if its not enpught, he have the Empathy. I trying to kill him over 9 hours today, changing my build so many times but nothing works 😢

How does your resonating heart return 90% of health? Mine only does 50% and my buddy 52%

Am I missing something? He’s using the whetstone amulet but how is he making the enemies bleed? Was it a mod I missed? Because the weapons he was using didn’t apply bleed by themselves I don’t think. The swap build for example, he’s still running the amulet that benefits from bleed but neither gun makes bleed.

You should put some off these as builds as they're just exploits and will be fixed very fast

I’m high key a little disappointed about melee being near useless against so many boss. That said I run a invader/ challenger melee build crit/melee damage with ring for more back attack damage. Playstyle is wormhole behind target for 300% hit: use back dash heavy on the great sword (forgot name) but has electric attack. I can usually 1 shot mini bosses on apoc. With this.

I don't get how you get these high numbers. Most buffs give about 10%, and I can only assume you will likely max out at 300% any kind of damage by assumption, but not only do I not see any assault rifles that seem to go over 300 damage per shot at full auto, but you're doing 10x that much as well. Still only a couple of weeks new to the game, finding it hard to level anything to max with how low money, iron, and lumenite drops, but these numbers are ridiculous.

HUCH is actually stronger than HUGS, higher damage for longer.

honestly on apocalypse any DPS build feels almost useless because you die to one shot on most bosses. unless you are perfect with every roll.

Wish melee build could be viable without world’s edge but sadly this game is just not designed for melee

Resonating heart build is a bit misleading.. theres an in-depth video going on about it double dipping into it's own healing.. i see this being patched for sure. Although I suppose if you get your apoc clear done before that, it doesn't really matter. Just sad for me to see people would rather not learn the game/mechanics.
