I'm sharing how I was able to land my $85,000 a year remote tech job in this current job economy. I walk you through my own personal experience from one applicant looking for a better job to another. This process took me 4 months and I know that everyone's experience is different so don't get discouraged with this process.

I was an Implementations Analyst at a large company, I have 10 years experience. I left that job in 2021 due to low pay and I've been trying to get back in. I've been struggling finding a position. I'll keep at it, because what I'm doing now is stressful and it's hybrid. I would rather be fully remote.

@@DefinedByAlexmy previous employer was low balling me with the pay, so I needed to move on. I was getting less than $50k. I liked the job itself, management not so much. I revamped my resume and got a job in a different field.

First, I praise God for what He is doing in your life. Second, the Lord knows I need this video BIG time 😅. I am currently achieving my Master Degree in HRM, but I have a lot to work on my resume. I think I'm not realizing what I'm good at, and I'm having a hard time putting that into a resume. Third, I want to work remotely fully, but I feel it's so hard to obtain. Do you think you can go in-depth on this?
