I see all urevideos... I've still not got a chance to do innerengineering due to family problems.... Starving from last two years for this... Even I feel lost many time ending up crying a lot... I don’t know If this might make you feel a little better. But I really had to wait for more than 5 years to do IE finally. There were days I really cried thinking I won’t be able to do it at all. I started doing Isha Kriya and Upa yoga for 1.5yrs before getting initiated. Those 1.5yrs were so hard, as I was going through a lot of personal problems which changed my whole life, and finally I did Online IE. Still practicing Shambhavi. 🙏 Stay in there, continue your practice, whatever you do.. You will be able to do it oneday. All the very best to you

Depends of the position. But yes the number of employee is very less. Around 20% I guess. It's mostly supported by volunteers.
