I have been using this software for about a month and it has cut down the amount of inventory Amazon will "lose" I feel way more at ease knowing the boxes have the correct items in them. Keep it up!!!!

I love your system but I'm having problems creating a shipment and I've emailed twice and have gotten no response. I also emailed with a couple of questions a week ago and no one responded to me then either. What good is a great system with no support when we're having problems?!

No, and they would each need a subscription because they each access 2D WF and Amazon separately

You can always reach out to support@2Dworkflow.com with questions. Shipments created before signing up for 2DWF won’t appear there. Only ones created after.

Does 2D work with Small Parcel delivery and Inventory lab? I don't do pallets and do OA/RA, if it does, I'm interested !

Yes, it does. Lots of users are actually using IL & 2D WF together. IL mainly to track profits and create shipments, and 2D WF to prep and ship everything faster

Found the answer at 20:44. The answer is Yes. It works with small parcel delivery in addition to working with pallets

@@wickednawh here’s exactly how the small parcel workflow would look like with 2D Workflow. It’s a bit different than the LTL workflow, but still much faster than IL. If you’re shipping lots of boxes via small parcel this is 100% worth it. If you’re shipping very few boxes only, maybe hold off. Would be great if the software could also create the shipment plan on the fly - so you keep going until your pallet hits the max weight or height rather than having to manually work this out beforehand and create a shipment plan manually

We are adding the feature to create shipments from the tool right now. And also work with shippings plans on the fly. The problem however of working on plans and not shipments is….. you can work on a plan, put all items on pallets, and then at the end Amazon breaks that plan up into 3 different shipments, and now you have to take all pallets apart and separate. Additionally, when working on a plan, you can’t generate box labels… that because box labels need FBA shipment numbers, and plans don’t have shipment numbers. So when working w plans, would have to come back and add box labels at the end making you touch every item twice. But this is just personal preference.. We’re adding the futures so that users can use the tool however they like

I need help!!!. I had about 10 products from 1 company I had in my amazon store they were my best sellers. These were products I was getting from a 3rd party not direct from the company that makes them. But then I got an email from amazon saying the company was requiring 2d barcodes by june 2022. I tried to find out how to get the barcodes from the company but got no answers. And so I took those 10 products out of my store because I thought the barcodes had to come from the manufacturer of the product. Was I wrong? Did I misunderstand? Please help because my sales are down to almost nothing now because of this. Trying to rebuild my store with other products but they aren't as profitable

The brand of those products enrolled in a program called transparency. They’re talking about transparency labels which are like little QR codes. Brands enroll in this to stop counter fitters from selling their products online. Going forward the rule is, when the brand manufactures their products they are going to have a little QR code on them signifying they are in the program. And all third-party authorized wholesalers who buy products from this company Should be getting their inventory from the brand with those transparency labels. If you can find this product from a wholesaler with the transparency labels on them, then that means you can sell it. However if your source has old stock that has no transparency sticker, then those you cant sell

When you have 732 boxes, numbering them all and then playing match-up isn’t a viable solution

You can sign up addition selling accounts at 50% off each. Then you’d have a drop down menu where you can simply select which selling account you wanna access, and you’ll be able to work on its shipments & products

Excellent work. I just admire how you are able to throw so much money in this business when Amazon can literally close your business overnight. It happened to me. They deactivated my account "by error" out of abundance of caution they said. It was closed for month. Amazon not willing to even tell me why. I had to hire rescue company for 3k to send email to someone which nobody can access. Then week after activation they lost 25k worth of my products which again I had to use firm to help me after Amazon did nothing for 2 months of reconciliation. I lost 4 months of time and confidence in Amazon as a fair business.

Every business carries risk. But Amazon is not nearly as bad as you make it out to be if you know what you're doing.

@@WatchMeAmazon I thought so,I did absolutely nothing wrong on my side. And what is more frustrating they dont offer any help if something like this serious happens. But any way every seller might have different experiences so I dont want to crash the party with my negativity.

I feel you, man. The same thing happened to me. I had to get a lawyer to reactivate my account, and I never discovered what the actual problem was. No one at amazon would tell me what the problem and would send me replies that have nothing to do with the matter. So I gave up trying to find the problem and accepted to months in loss of revenue plus the lawyer costs.
