Hey man, loved this video! Never heard of someone doing 24 sets of biceps or 24 sets of triceps but shit, I’m excited to put more volume into my arms anyways. I’m at 10 sets rn and see some growth so I’m gonna keep doing that for awhile but I’m gonna up the volume eventually. Also, training for the pump when it comes to arms is so important!

Great stuff! I'm personally kind of sceptical of high volume high-intensity and high-frequency arm training. I've done that for a good year now without much success. I went to absolute and utter failure and the workouts truly weren't enjoyable, but since I wanted big arms I just did them. Since switching to a more reasonable volume (10-20 weekly sets) at very high intensity and 2-3x per week for arms, I feel much better and progress seems to be faster. What's your take on overtraining arms? (keep in mind I did 40+ weekly sets, trained arms every other day. form wasn't good but intensity was very high) Some people say it works to grow them extremely quickly but clearly it didn't for me.

Hey Sean what are your thoughts on heavy duty training? (1 all out set to failure and beyond per exercise) I find that people either love or hate the Yates and Mentzer style 😂

It certainly works but increasing the volume and frequency or the training sessions tends to lead to better results in most people. However if you’re able to make sufficient progress doing it by all means go for it

hi sean! i am training for 6 months with weights and i now curl 15kg 10 reps clean with great form. I Have 15 inch arms (pumped) and i am 14 years and 10 month old. My Workout Split: 1. Arms (Bicep , Tricep) 2. Legs And Shoulders 3. rest 4. chest, Tricep 5. Back Bicep 6. legs and shoulders 7. Arms please reply if i have to change something in my routine. i am eating at a surpus but i cant afford supplements as i am born into a poor family. i made weights of my own and they are quite accurate, cant afford gym. suggest some back workouts with dumbbells. i really want 16 inch arms by i am 15. please try to reply

If you’re training hard, eating in a surplus and getting 8 hours of sleep that’s far more important than any supplement. They do not matter all that much
