Tbh I'm 17 inches working on 20 I started at 14.5 and with in a year of working out I'm now 17 inches I don't know if that's good but I definitely don't want to get the vibe that I use steroids when I get to 20 inch biceps.

I can’t be the only one thinking this ain’t 1500 calories? Protein is about right (especially if you add more protein powder?) but you’d need like two of those for 1500 calories??? It’s probably more accurate to say 700 cal and 50g+ protein. Definitely not bad, but with the portions showed in the video?? Doesn’t seem right to me.

I put even more protein and even more penut butter into mine and a whole banana and also high fat youghurt and i still cant bulk, or at least its very slow. Somepeople have fast metabolism others dont. For some people putting on weight isnt as easy as drinking one protein shake. Some people can drink 3 of those a day still not gain a pound over a month.

Bulking can be hard for multiple reasons. Eating disorder, it's expensive, busy with work which won't allow you to eat until your break if you even have one, that's not even mentioning allergies for most foods, depression.There could be a lot in the way Edit: Forgot diabetes type 1. If i were to drink this in the morning, i'd be throwing it all up in 30 minutes. That is what makes it hard, keeping all the food inside my body
