Ever since I had H. pylori that really messed me up now I have Gerd and right now I’ve been really sick with acid reflex and pain in my chest just feeling sick. I love the video. Very helpful.

I have the same issues except I never had H.palori. So frustrating. I have what the doctor “believes” to be IBS-C all my life. Now I’m here with all these issues. Stress definitely is a big factor.

I’m a gym rat so what made me develop this was bulking I went crazy and was eating so much junk food. Currently in my room suffering with a burning stomach 💀

So much what you said is what I've been experiencing the past few weeks! the roller coaster healing is what i just had and was so scary, good to know it's not unusual. And we've had extreme stress for the past year and so it all makes sense...one last thing the vagus nerve on the left side of the neck, that has been starting up and i had no idea what to think about that,,,your explanation was comforting and explains why a heating pad there helps. Thank you so much.

Such a great and encouraging video. When you had symptoms would you feel them everyday? Because I feel indigestion pretty much every day and it is not always directly related to what I eat...although consistently eating trigger food leads to a bad flare up. I guess what I am asking is...does it take time on the diet and lifestyle changes before you do not feel constant symptoms? Thanks

Go se your GI doctor he will do some test and prescribed you something Then after that watch some videos about diets for gastritis and that way you will heal, some people take longer to heal, like me , but when you heal be careful when taking antibiotics; they will get gastritis back to square zero

@@iinotscot I'm still dealing with it tbh. I have flare ups all the time if I don't take care of my eating habits.what has helped me alot is drinking natural aloe vera(Leaf)not the juices from the store. I drink 3 glasses daily after meals, chamomile before bedtime and Rosemary for when I'm having indigestion. I take care of my diet, I'm mostly in a bland diet all the time, except for especial occasions like these days where there is plenty of triggering foods in new years lol! I'm having flare ups all the time in these days. But it's important for you mostly that you're just getting started with it that you take care really well. When I had around one year of Gastritis I went to a doc and started a bland diet along with medicines from my doctor and I was almost healed completely because it had just started but I went overboard fast when I figured I was healing,with spicy foods, liquor and fatty foods. It's important to still take care of yourself when eating,even if you think you're at a point that you've think you've healed or you go back to square one 😢

Please answer me if anyone saw this. I had been suffering Gastritis since June 2023 after a few months of suffering symptoms such as bloating, cramps, and other things. So, I went to a Gastric Doctor and after a few visits and then he suggested me to do ENDOSCOPY and there is only mild gastritis with H.Plyori. After H.Plyori iridication regime for two weeks. The symptoms remained off and on. Is this regular to have symptoms? How long does it take to make all symptoms disappear?

From what i know after finishing the H.Pylori protocol you would have to do another biopsy to check if the bacteria is completely erradicated. And yes, even if its gone you can still have a lot of symptoms because of the gastritis.

@@winthawko2530 it is a mistery to be honest, some people can heal in weeks, others months, some take years, it all depends on how severe your case is and how you are dealing with the disease, there are many factors that can help or worsen your gastritis, id advice you to take care of your diet, manage stress and take your medicine.

Gastritis did affect my bowel movements, some times I was either constipated or had bad diarrhea. It took some time for it to get back to normal ☺️
