In This video I discuss how I increased my vertical jump. I go over everything that has helped me over the years as I went from touching the rim to dunking consistently. I go over strength training, plyometrics, and jumping technique. I also show how I plan out my workouts to become more explosive. I hope this helps!

Hey! I have been using the same exact work ethic for about 4 months now and just stumbled in to this video. I wonder tho, while in your strength and power phases, do you still do plyos? I'm currently on a strength phase, and I'm still doing plyos 2 twice a week + a jump day (focusing on technique) aside from my basketball training. I assume that on your speed phase you deload on the weight room, but I'd like to know if you completely drop the weights for that phase or just deload. Thanks!
