Weight loss 102 to 90 kg in 1 month Weight loss is formula you can't eat what ever you want and lose weight. EXERCISE: Jogging 30 minute minimum but he did more amount plus exercise. Pre breakfast: 1 cup with cinnamon water soaked overnight. Breakfast: 1 egg 1 cup milk Snack: one fruit( but no banana, grape mango) Lunch:Half roti with 1 cup salan Snack:1 fruit same above rule I cup coffee plus 7 almonds Dinner: 7 gram Chickens plus 1 bowl salad - Eat small meal frequently do not anything or subtract with your wish. 2 table spoon isabgool before sleeping -He gained weight when he added 2 more fruits,Dates, Almonds and lentils and chana chat. But he lost very less weight just 1 kg in 10 days.

Diet plan is not a realistic one. It seems like a crash diet which can't be followed on a permanent basis. You can loose weight rapidly by doing such kiddish things but the real goal is to maintain the weight on a latter stage. Once you can achieve your goal with such a calories deficit meal plan but at a latter stage when you come again on your basal calories intake your metabolism trigger the process of gaining weight and this time it will gain more weight. Anyways best of luck for future. A very simple equation is that someone should cut his/her calories intake by only upto 500 calories and burn upto 500 calories by moderate workout. Consequently the daily deficit of this 1000 calories will cause an accumulated deficit of about 7000 calories a Week and this phenomenon will loose weight by 1 Kg per Week and 4 Kg per Month. Although it sounds not so good as compare to 12 Kg per Month as in this video but it will be a realistic one and of a permanent nature. Wishing all of you all the best!

Please make a video of such remarkable cases - 12 kg in one month is not possible at all , there must be some sort of liposuction or Bariatric surgery involved , so please ask your such outstanding patients to make day by day videos ! Even With calories cut down formula it's not possible ! That take few months🤔🤔

Everything is OK and understandable. Kindly tell us that what should we take at mid night? Because this is the biggest issue that I am not able to solve. Through out the day I follow the diet plan but at late/mid night... Bohat bhook lag jati he to us k bad kuch aisa wesa kha k saray din ki mehnat zaya ho jati he. Kindly suggest a good diet for late night... Thanks a lot 😊

I also reduce 98 to 87 in a month. But Bally fat didn't reduce I am 30 married.have 2 child 5 years to marry too much weight. How I get 75 kg when I got married

Sister you can used boil eggs in breakfast , and boiled chicken salad in every afternoon .... Just 2 thing and and and green tea must take one time in the day

Ayesha can you please help me with your advice. The problem i often go thru my diet period is extreme craving of sugary sweet or spicy food. I try to overcome it with dark choco , dates or and any seasonal fruits. To fulfill spices craving i make spicy soup with red chillies flakes added and vinegar. Is this normal? What to eat when i feel extra spicy to eat or sugary cravings?

It can be due to insulin resistance. Have moringa capsule with your meals.

Thanks for the video. I can understand he lost some weight; but what when he'll back to his regular diet and will gain weight again? So, weight loss is a life style, not a diet for a short period of time. He still needs to stick with a low carb diet.
