U are so right k kitna bhi parh lo..kama lo..kitchen khud hi dekhna hai..i realised this when i took break from my practice just to give time to my daughter.. i make everything for my daughter from kababs to nuggets to wraps... never bought these things from market

Totally agree with you that 'you have to fix your relationship with food'... I was 30 years old when I realised that my health was going downhill and whatever you have mentioned is so relatable. Once you fix your relationship with food you start to love yourself and appreciate all the blessings around you and that's where the journey of self-love begins.
