Amazing video! Thanks for sharing! Do you know of a way to make small clips with the mascot to make it seem like it is talking? Or something along those lines? I want to add a mascot to my video and have it "talk" with me throughout the video.

depends on how the mouth looks like, if it's close to a human you could try HeyGen, if it's more complex, try Pika (it has a lipsync feature) or manually with Puppet warping in after effects.
