CF you can cut out the 3 center low areas and pat it down, then lay a bigger full piece on top. Yours turned out nice so far! But boy o boy does it eat up alot of resin!

Theres a foam plug for a 31" skater on ebay. I just dont think my skills are at the level needed to glass it. Good video, good reality check for me

Hey if you had an iphone ypu could scan the cover and send it to me and i could print one out of ABS or Carbon Fiber filament. Id love to try making one and see hpw it comes out.

Great work B! Have you try to use gips (plaster) to make a mold and then vacuum form from plastic or use standard way with epoxy and glassmate?

I prefer to do it old-school, trying to better my skill each time wish I'd used gelcoat on this mold

B … compressed air! Loosen a spot and hit it with a compressed air nozzle.
