well, i will just say if you factor in the labor in doing small quantities it's probably less expensive to just pay 90/per vinyl post and reuse as needed. BUT this guy is a worker. And he just doesn't quit. And if he makes a small mistake he tweaks it. And looks like he might be into flipping props. Seen alot a guys like this over the years. And they retire multi-millionaires, even working working distress props. Nice goin'. And sign looks good. Too many agents don't want to get their hands dirty. Truth is this is where the $ is.
