Build your skills WHILE you do something else. Don’t quit school or your job unless you’re wealthy already until you have something you know how to sell. Do not hammer away at a million businesses while going into debt. Marketing is a skill y’all. Learn what you’re doing first.

Aaaaah, perfect timing, sir! I only opened up my Etsy POD shop a few weeks ago, so far just over 40 listings and got my first sale last week! It's very slow moving with the views and visits but I know it's early days and it takes a while for the Etsy algorithm to get my listing in front of the right eyeballs. Oddly enough the most favourited and only sale have come from a random design I just threw together basically to add another listing to my shop, it just goes to show you never really know what other peoples likes are out there!

I had two Etsy shops that just never took off (243 sales in one and 436 in the other) Rebranding one right now as a digital products shop and toying what to do with the other. This has come along at a fortuitous time for me. Your description of trying/failing/trying again SOOOO resonated. Thank you for doing this. Eager for the journey.

I so needed the encouragement to keep going. Started about 2-3 years ago and have yet to "take off". Group sales and personalizations were out of my league (in my 70's) so not too swift on moving skus etc. Hellocustom looks great! Thank you so much for this series.

Perfect timing for me too! Thanks for sharing your process. So valuable. I already picked a shop name and made a banner. But I didn't know you could create a shop using a dummy product and then deleting it. Brilliant way to get started. I'm such a perfectionist and can take so much time to get started with anything. This step alone will get the ball rolling for me. Yay!😃 I'm excited to join the series :D

Great idea for a series! I just started watching Episode 1 and already feel as though I'm meeting a like-minded individual. Although I am much older than you, I have been in the Business and IT consulting world for many years and am very ambitious. I attempted POD two years ago and failed, however, I am now restarting with the help of AI tools. As a consultant who specializes in streamlining operations, the one thing that I find most frustrating is sizing images appropriately for Wall Art time-consuming and AOP difficult. Ensuring proper size, 300 or more dpi. Although I don't use Redbubble yet, I do find that interface more appealing for creating products fast. Hoping your series touches upon this particular topic. First time I am hitting the notification bell!

I have an Etsy T-Shirt Shop that I opened a few years ago with designs I bought from 2 different contractors on Fivver. I sold 3 shirts and made $77.37.
