Recently found your channel - Loving it. You do a really great job in explaining and teaching while still being super honest. I started doing your hamstring and hip mobility routine every other day and I am excited to see if it helps me finally getting into a deep squat :-) Keep up your great work! P.S. Best video I've watched this week. I would love to have the dream youtube job life one day that's why I deleted my 3k Instagram in January to focus on honing my skills with no distractions as I felt I was focusing on others progresses more than my own. I've got some goals like straddle planche, 10 second FL and handstand press which I want to achieve before I start my youtube journey but this was a great motivating video in a relaxed way to keep me focused. Stay humble - OG.💪🏻

I just recently bought my own flat and the living room and bedroom is grey and white similar to yours, I actually love the black ceiling and how it comes down onto the wall,, It looks like you have quite high ceilings so that wont make it feel too oppressive. I think its looks great. Tony T.

This was so great as someone who is just getting into making videos and video editing, thanks!! This may be a silly question but...what about the more youtube-y design-y side of things? I'm not even sure what to call this stuff, but like, when you say "leave a comment" and that little comment box pops up as an animation? Or the subscribe designs, etc? How do you do all of that? 😆 Thanks!!

I like the minimalist style. Can you do a video about golf and calisthenics? I play a lot, and I’m very weak, I can’t even do a pull-up. I have been told that they don’t mix well. Would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks. 👍🏼

glen burr I play off 3. Used to play off 12 before I trained. Not the only contributor but definitely helps :)

Tom Merrick thanks for your reply. I play off a 4, and I will be 58 this summer. Going from construction work to now a sitting job, I’m loosing strength fast! Right now I’m doing a mix of body weight exercises and some free weights. I like the simplicity of doing just body weight training. It’s not easy getting started at this age, but I’m trying! Thanks again. ⛳️🏌🏽‍♂️
