I'm kinda in the same boat I have 3 different kinds of box's for low common to higher common cards then I have my $1 card's in tons of box's then every rookie Gets penny sleeved then good rookie's get penny sleeved and hard sleeved then my better card's go in one touch but I need to separate my team's and players sometime I just have so much stuff I just got back into the hobby about 2years after 20 something years I have so many boxes filled at my parents house I just got a house about 3 months ago so I been trying to bring a box every week but wow u have a great collection thanks for sharing have a great day buddy 😎 big Mike

Great video joe. While we all can’t have a beast like Baseball Collector has.. maybe someday... Last winter while we were all snowed in I decided to build shelves in a closet that wasn’t getting used to organize and store my hobby. After many trips to Home Depot I finally found something that works. I have 5 shelves, one for each sport and one for supplies/binders. Each has a 5000ct monster boxes with a row for Top loaders, minor stars, good player cards but not worthy of top loader (ex, a 1987 Topps Clemens) in 50 card snap cases, specialty cards/Subsets.. etc. I also keep rookies 3-4 years before they go in the commons box or simply thrown out. I also keep all my psa cards in graded boxes. One of my 9s and one for my 10s. Then I put cards worthy of subbing in penny sleeves and in card savers then into a 300ct box. I’m waiting on 31 cards now at psa. Then I have a shelf for supplies, bubble envelopes, and about 10 binders in my closet. If I ever make videos it’ll be the first thing I show off. I love it and I feel good knowing I did it. Everyone has their own system and usually no 2 are alike, but as long as it works and things are protected.

I was going through some of my cards the other day and found a Pete Alonso minor league card. That being said, I put all cards into penny sleeves, regardless. Rookies and stars get top loaded. Personal collection into one touch holders. I've debated getting my PC graded but honestly, I'm holding onto those for me so not a huge priority. But I love that case!

Hoping to grade my 92 Classic C3 Jeter that looks gem mint, that's the best I've got. Gotta love the Goliath Case. Don't worry about the value, focus on building your collection the best you can; the money will come later when you're ready to sell off you whole collection, this is how I focus on my collection.

Love that the organization is all over the place lol.. I’m the same way. I try to keep them by paper vs Chrome, then refractors, rookies, etc. I also have a psa grading considerment box. I guess modified gun boxes with the cut outs are the way to go too. They are also fire proof, water proof, etc. You also should get out Perfect Fit Sleeves to protect the slabs. How on earth do you ever find a particular card you are looking for??!! That would drive me bananas.

I store all parallels that aren't PC in a bcw box, all rookies that aren't mega stars in more bcw boxes, autos and relics in another. Then 3 big ass D ring binders for HOF rookies, pre 2010 rcs of significant/interesting/controversial players, and the last one for post 2010 rookies of above average players.

I pretty much do like you although I don't have a Goliath case ha. "Junk" in shoe boxes, next level up is penny sleeved in plastic card boxes, next level up is top loader-ed in top loader boxes, highest level is magnetic holders and slabs in a suitcase.

Goliath case is awesome but if you’re paying $300, you could have got a Pelican case for cheaper. It looks identical. Pelican is the most trusted brand in the industry. Photographers use their case to travel with expensive cameras. They have the “pick out” foam that allows you to customize it. Probably could have got a larger Pelican case for about $230, and nobody beats the quality of Pelican.

I've found 10.00 cards in 10c boxes w/o a penny sleeve that got damaged at the store. I have had 100 binders.

Protect all your cards because one day they to will be vintage. I'm talking stars, semi stars, mvp, rookie cups, milestones, etc..

Great video and collection! What is the box with the "lower end" PSA cards?

I have about 250,000 total cards (baseball, football, hockey, basketball etc). I would like to catalogue them by brand, sport and year (in that order). Any recommendations? I'm not interested in selling them ever lol...i'm the one who might have one of those rare rookie cards in a box and never know it, but I'm not into selling....just love having them. I have them in 43 apple boxes and there are also about 8 larger boxes that wouldn't fit into a apple box.

The cards that you threw in the box are they scrubs or commons? example scrub = Barry Bonell common = Cecil Cooper? where are the sheets and binders? this isn't 1979? do you have any cards in screw downs? example 1975 Brett? do you carry any cards with you that you leave in your coat obviously not hall of famers but any cards say a 1971 Nettles as an example?

I’ve been wondering what to do with my thousands of commons. Been thinking of giving away on Craig’s List or trading for different commons. But who would want commons. Here in NC, everyday there are 1-2 new ads almost begging someone to take their entire collections including the good cards for anywhere from $50-$200.
