Lauren shares her journey towards overcoming anxiety attacks after COVID-19, which led to constant high levels of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and brain fog, impacting her sleep and daily life. She tried fixing things logically, changed her diet and went to therapy, but didn't make progress until she joined the Bye Bye Panic Mentorship Program and refocused her attention on desensitizing her nervous system.
Lauren emphasizes the importance of repetition, having the right mindset, and practicing to fully recover from anxiety. She advises viewers to acknowledge and accept uncomfortable feelings, as it becomes easier to manage stress and difficult situations. Resources to help on this journey are available below the video.

Analyzing the fatigue all the time makes you more tired. I'm slowly almost totally out of anxiety....thanks to Shaan!! And first and most importantly ------its all in how you think. How POSITIVE YOU STAY. It's literally ALL in the mindset and YOUR PERSPECTIVE IS MOST IMPORTANT!!!!! THE MIND CONTROLS EVERYTHING. even at my worst. I would say to myself "I'm fine, life is good, I'm alive ...I'll get over this too like I did the other times, life is beautiful" And eventually you start to believe it fully. Anxiety lessens bit by bit.

I gotta add. I analyzed a a lot. Like Lauren said when she was tired. Focusing and analyzing it just made her tiredness worse. Like they say "Analysis is paralysis! Just feel to heal! :)

@@kamalakarpanchal8211hi there. To answer your question you can start to equate anxiety with locations. I used to have anxiety about rainy dark weather and nighttime because I panicked during those times. Once I got my anxiety under control a bit I started exposing myself to nighttime activities (walking at night) and when it rained I would do enjoyable things inside while watching. All of those anxieties subsided the more exposure I did and I now like the rain and nighttime again and actually find them both peaceful and not anxiety including. It’s basically CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) which you can look up. Best of luck.

I just got Covid for the first time. I am not vaccinated. My symptoms were super crazy. I had terrible inflammation. My body was on fire, and I felt the burning sensation from my head to my toes. I was getting Charlie Horses 24/7 I went to the hospital, and sure enough, it was covid. I suffer from anxiety, and this has really derailed me to the point that I Google everything. My biggest fear and my trigger towards anxiety is getting dizzy. Because of inflammation and the fiver, my brain is in a fog, that has trigger more anxiety. Please help me get over this feeling. I feel sorry for my husband that he has to put up with my issues all the time 😢 he has patience of a saint.

Hi pls someone reply. I had a chronic health anxiety, but after about a month and some weeks i summoned courage to go run some test. The test came out negative and i am clean.. So i thought that would automatically make d anxiety go away, since my mind and doubt has been cleared.. But i was surprised to wake up the next morning with usual morning anxiety symptoms.. My question is does anxiety symptoms still stick around even though your worry and hypochondriac is gone?

Idk. Science says you need to feel to heal and that gathering awareness first about the toxic thought causing the anxiety is necessary to change it.

@@rickm6232 But it's true though!! People were getting sick with covid and other people touched these items so there probably was covid or the flu virus on the items. Also I have cuts on my fingers because I bite my cuticles and finger nails so I no longer use dollar bills because I've seen blood on dollar bills due to people probably snorting cocaine. I no longer sanitize my hands as much or sanitize items but I only sanitize once after leaving the store. It's been 3 years since covid and I still haven't caught it which is amazing. So I gave up worrying about it.

That was standard. And I’m in Australia. Don’t be hard on yourself because a lot of people especially in Europe. The UK in the states well locked down to extreme. It wasn’t normal. I still to this day feel like my hands need washing when I come out of a supermarket and I breathe out when I walk past people in an aisle.
