Very nice video! Which indica strain do you recommend for beginners? I used to smoke weed like 7 years ago but i had a very traumatic panic attack and since then i didn't smoke anymore! Does anyone can help me decide how to start slowly and right? I just want something that can make me think less fast, to help with my anxiety and to sleep better :-) i'd love some recommendations!

I have never been able to smoke marijuana. I’ve smoked the cheapest stuff out there and I’ve taking one hit. And I was fried i blackout I feel like I can’t breathe. Have a panic attack and wake up and don’t remember nothing.

All the flashing lights, and fast sequences, filter with the lines and dots in these videos are actually giving me sensory overwhelm and anxiety right now! Personally, I think the information overload and blue light from the smart phones is causing the anxiety pandemic. The shorts on KZfaq! It's not all in your head! This is a brilliant channel though, thank you! Magnesium, Motherwort, Hawthorn. All for the heart beat...

Your brain does not know it is anxiety, it is trying to protect you by going in fight or flight response, please don’t give up hope, I once had depersonalization for 3 years but overcame it and I’ve had intrusive thoughts for a long time as well but overcame that, you can do it. You must fully accept without the fear of it going away or not that’s the hard tho but you must not care if it goes away or not that is when you fully accept it

Solipsism is such a boring concept even though I suffer with DP/DR. Its a funny thought experiment but it ultimately will never be proven until were either "awakened" some how or until we die. Just make most of the time you have.

As weird as it may sound you have to accept your thought and not fight them, but you must have an understanding of what’s happening… it’s fear not reality once you understand that all you’re suffering from is anxiety and nothing else it will become easier, so just accept your thoughts and let them pass by
@macgod1172
@macgod1172 Күн бұрын
You must learn that your intrusive thoughts are trying to create anxiety, so no matter what the thought is do not fear it and do not accuse yourself of being weird or whatever for having the though just let it be and do not fear it

How the hell do you just feel what comes up with out panic that’s hella hard ..😢
@macgod1172
@macgod1172 Күн бұрын
It definitely can be difficult and I’m no expert but I think one way to deal with it is to recognize what is going on, when you have an understanding of what is happening you won’t panic as much because you will know that it’s just a chemical reaction that doesn’t last etc etc, the only way out of fear is through so you have to face it at will, also if you’ve been feeling anxiety for a while your body can get “addicted” to feeling anxious because it’s used to that response so once you face it and learn the necessary tools to overcome it, your anxiety will go away. Also when you understand what it is it becomes much easier to allow it to happen.

Awesome video Mr. Shaan! Your content has advanced beyond symptoms/sensations & I would love to see you cover more on the personal/sensitive/confronting topics. I somehow find myself skipping recovery stories these days after 1 year into recovery. As i discovered & helping people around me that is surprisingly true of you that they are many, admitting & confronting the source & unhealthy response to their stresses are keeping them in the cycle, the FEAR cycle if I were to be honest but I understand where they are coming from. I challenged many aspect of 'cultures' to be where I am now. Yeah I too prefer your frequent use of Sensitized Nervous System (SNS) over Anxiety but I also understand the term Anxiety is more approachable/understandable eventhough many still misunderstood/have their own interpretation on it. PPPD??? Sounds familiar when I heard it but the moment u said constant dizziness i laughed hard! It's been a year since I let go of that (self) diagnosis & simply label the related sensations under the SNS umbrella as u taught. I totally forgot about it but now no thanks to u. (Hah!) Man, what a self-discovery journey as it turns to self-development. To break the negative chain, & respond with courage. Hoping to set a more positive tone & shining the path of hope here. Still have sensations lingering but i need to listen very attentively to my tinnitus now when a year ago, the doctors told me they can't do anything to help me & my hearing will be deterioted soon. I too have my fair share of pains. Keep it going Mr. Shaan & BBP team. I am not in your mentorship but I credit majority of my recovery to your effort creating the videos. Just like what Alex's described, your voice can be a coping mechanism on its own hahaha! & just like Cesar, I wanted to experience myself how much better it felt after another a year & based on how true all your videos have been, i can't wait! Edit/add: I did my 1st public performance at workplace after 14 years there (all my colleagues were shocked! Including me hah!), Led a large of staff traveling to another state & just like u Mr. Shaan, i finally able to gain weight, 15 kilogram in my recovery year to be honest hahahah!

Even if it's "just anxiety" this is a condition that can be absolutely debilitating and ruin someones life, people should always be supported or given advice no matter how minor their symptoms may be. I would personally always get a second opinion because SO often conditions are missed sometimes even for decades of someones life.
