Fatherlessness affects people all over the world. For Jack, growing up without a father led him to a life of crime, addiction and despair. Until he found something that helped him overcome fatherlessness, transforming his life and helping hundreds of other men in the process. In this vulnerable talk you’ll hear Jack’s personal story and why he believes fatherlessness is a global issue which urgently needs our attention. Jack is a Father-of-two, Coach, Business Mentor, Ceremonialist and the Founder of Human Work. His mission is to empower people to lead authentically, heal their trauma and to step into their true potential in the world. Jack is a Leader within Sacred Sons and has guided hundreds of men to reclaim and connect to their masculinity. He has also spent more than ten years working as a top level leader in some of the world's fastest growing tech companies where he focused on leadership development, people strategy and culture. Jack founded Human Work to honour the remembrance of real human connection. Today he leads transformational training for men and women across the world. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

A stand-up, significant moment for you brother Jack, as well as for us to bear witness to the healing process you have been on to come to terms with your wounding. You radiate exemplary standards to those who look to you and have learned to meet internal conflict with a soothing quality of compassion that has realigned your feelings, given you deep-seated clarity and brought you back home. You are enshrouded in discernment subject to your choice to heal as opposed to choosing to destroy yourself and your legacy. Much to be proud of. I honour you my friend. Thank you.
