As I sit back and write about the experience and thrill of these two days, I feel so overwhelmed, but I’m just so glad I’ve tried this. I never ever dreamed of this day, going public and setting up my own art stall and selling artworks. I knew I'll have to work very hard because I didn't have any products ready beforehand since this was my first time participating in an offline event. I continuously painted for around 20 days and near the end, it got physically and mentally frustrating. I regretted this decision so much. I was preparing with my whole heart putting everything into it, deep inside knowing no one would like my work and eventually I'll never get sales.
But guess what? I sold 105+ art pieces on day one and was absolutely amazed by the overwhelming response I got from the crowd. My mini polaroids, a new addition to my shop, got almost sold out on day one (: Everyone loved and appreciated my work so much and honestly, I couldn't ask for more (': trust me when I say this, it's a dream for someone who was always insecure about her work, who kept on questioning the effort and time she always put into this. But your love and appreciation made me realise maybe it wasn't that bad pursuing my dream (':🤍 I hope you enjoy watching this video!
