Raising money is one of THE biggest issues facing real estate investors.
Statements like " I'll buy rentals when I save enough money or " I couldn't do it because I didn't have the funds" are all too common. On the one hand, those people are right! You do need money to do MOST everything in the investing and entrepreneurship world.
The issues as, I have seen less and less people capable of acquiring said money. Ever seen a social media post " In need of $50k by next week" with no responses? I think I see 10 a day at this point.
This video is for those people, and anyone else looking to further their investing career, whether it's today or in the future. There is a right and a wrong way to do it, and although I will never claim to be the expert I do know my way works a lot better than what most people are trying.
