Hi Sami! I went through a similar experience with being so sick in the new year. I went to two urgent cares and was told that I’m just fighting a bad virus and need my body to rest/fight it off on it’s own. I ended up getting worse and knew something was wrong. I couldn’t walk or talk without having horrible cough attacks. I ended up being admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. I’m so glad that I trusted myself and knew my body, knowing that it needed extra support. I’m recovering this week and doing so much better! You’ve really taught me so much about listening to my body and self-love, so thank you! Trying not to feel guilty about taking extra time to rest. Also, that laser for your skin sounds amazing! Here’s to starting off the new year a few weeks late together 🤍🫶🏼

I got very I’ll on New Year’s Day as well. I didn’t get tested but my bf and I both got it and I’m sure we had covid . It was terrible!! We didn’t go anywhere so we didn’t chance giving it to anyone but it was not fun. Glad you are feeling better!

uff girl, I just finished a sinus infection as well! IT WAS AWFUL. I could not get better, went to the doctor, got antibiotics and felt immediate relief. So, so grateful for penicillin! But I feel yah, we were away for Christmas holidays and I could not do anything fun, it def sucks.

i´ve had a big problem with acne first time in my life when i was 28. at that time i stoped eating meat,gluten,dairy and sugar. it was completely opossite of what people say it does to you. my face was swollen and painfull, so i can realy relate to the problem😕. and also, i was underweight..i have battled years with my skin problems, trying to eating healthy,drink water,movement etc. then i switched to completely vegan . anyways, long story short..i watched a video the other day where was very simply described why we should have a specific precentage of body fat(why six pack on both man and women are not healthy),women even more then man. it affects on our hormonal balance and overall health..i don´t know, i was kinda confused but it also has sence..all in all, interesting topic🙂
