Where are you from? I grew up in Bhopal, lived most of my adult life in Mumbai and moved to Manchester, UK in late 2020!
What's your skin type? I have combination skin, easily dehydrated.
What's your natural eye color? My eyes are dark brown.
What's your hair color? Dark brown. I occasionally highlight my hair!
Are you in a relationship? Got married in June 2021 :)

A few things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.

its so true, scalp care is so important. I like to apply onion juice only on my scalp for a good scalp treatment whenever I feel like I need one. Does wonder for the scalp and hair.

Reducing heat styling and taking vitamin B and Calcium-Vitamin D supplements really worked for my hairfall problem. 😍

Hey Ankita I love your videos a lot. I have been following you.. I ordered mother sparsh bottle cleanser and got a hair lep Dashmool free with it. Postpartum i was getting heavy hairfall, so thought of giving it a try. You won't imagine it worked wonders from its first try. I use it once or twice a month and it's a miracle 🥰🥰

I am planning to purchase love beauty & planet pre shampoo hair mask. I know it says its a 2 minutes mask but if i want to keep it for long for deep conditioning what is the max time i should keep it for? If kept for long will it make my hair too oily? Would love to hear ur thoughts

She is absolutely correct ...my father has always applied hair oil to his semi wet hair n his hair is good at his old age so applying oil in your clean hair washed hair works better rather than putting oil in your dirty and dry hair ,🙂

Also check if you live in a area where hard water supply or borewell water comes from the tap. This creates a layer of extra minerals on your hair and scalp leading to Hair fall. A water softener is an absolute solution for this.
