I do bottom rail section by cutting from front to behind cross member and adding steel plate inside and outside. Then bolted and riveted it.

You should make one on how to replace cross members the ones on the axles where the rail is !!

Where do you find the rail material? I have a hopper bottom with a cracked bottom aluminum rail and timpte dealer says they dont sell it

this is part of my Fleet if it fails i will ,not yet.
