There are load locks holding the roof up that style of bottom rail has a 6” lip that goes under a roller track that installed on the inside floor so it’s very hard to get it above the cross members and under a 8000lb roller track and the customer wanted the panels sectioned

One 10 hr day for me n two others sometimes half a 8hr day extra with 2-4 people to finish depending on style

Reefer trailer tend to be more expensive for the labor involved depending on the style of trailer so roughly $3000-$5000

That’s crazy cheap by today standards reefer can be 1.5-5x the price for labor parts not different price just bc it’s a refer but I do notice a lot of reefers use no more expensive rails

So just like I’ve been telling everybody else there’s a 6 inch lift on the backside of that bottom rail there’s an 8000 pound roller track on the inside so to get the bottom rail above the crossmember and under a track is very hard

That rail has a 6 inch lip that goes under an 8000 pound roller track so to get it above the crossmembers and under the roller track it takes that many guys I guess I should’ve showed a video of what the inside looks like and you guys would understand but normal bottom rails, Walbash or great Dane and even Hyundai. Yes can be set with two people.

We had 3 guys on a good day....but only for a few mins. (Usually the delivery driver was helping, if he was not on a call) No one wanted to carry a raw rail from the barn to the shop....and then lift it into place. Trailer work is not a job for pussies.
