I think heat friendly fibers was the worst invention ever. Thanks for this video. I will try this. Is the hair wet while you are doing this? I feel like I've wasted 300$ on a wig that went to crap right away...

They can be a struggle. I’ve found that some of my heat friendly wigs last longer then others. Usually it’s the shorter ones that do because there isn’t any friction from clothing. If you wear a longer one .. when your in your car , wearing it up in a pony tail will help. Also I think there is a mini cordless heat brush that you can keep in your purse that you can apply heat when you need to detangle throughout the day. I’m gonna get one , and see if that helps. Yes the hair is wet. It won’t curl with the heating tool if it isn’t. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience :(

This is a really helpful video. However is the first step to wet the wig with water. It looks wet before you put the hair restore on it? I didn't know you could get a beach waver. I'll try and get one. Also will the waver work on dry heat friendly fibre or does it have to be wet with water or hair restore or both.. Thank you

I had just washed mine! You can use the hair restore only if you prefer! It just works best if the fibers are damp! its essentially steaming them !
