Hi, looking to start a takeaway from home. How long before do you cook the food? You cook it before and store it right? Also, do you use your own delivery drivers?

Nice to know you want to start your cooking business soon. Now depends on your client base and the amount of food you want on your menu. You are allowed to cook and blast chill soups to sell within 3days. So you cook in little potions that you know will sell within the days I have mentioned. At the moment I don't have any delivery driver, I depend on the drivers provided by the platform I am on. I hope this answers your question. Thank you very much for your engagement on my channel

Thank you so much for atopping by. So much to answer but ill try. Yes i do take orders daily, on the App you get to know which food is available. With microwaving, i cook rice every 2days which means i cook in small amount which wili run out with a day or two. I am on the Deliveroo takeaway App

How long do you have before deliveroo driver comes to collect? How does that work? Do you let deliveroo know an order is ready for collection and then the driver comes?

You have to be trading on deliveroo first to know the timeline the drivers will pick up. Deliveroo gives the timing and not me

Hoya thanks for watching and a quick one to your question. With jollof rice I cook every 2 days, and for the white rice everyday. So what ever i cook will go withing two days. And it is stored in the fride and reheated when orders come in

Well it depends on what you sell at the end of the day. Deliveroo takes 30% but it might have changed now i can't ascertain. Further 20% vat. Please make enquiries and your fact properly before you onboard.

This question is a tricky one but lets say i am contented wuth what i am making tgats why im still in business. I am trying to make the brand larger than what it is right now so the money making part is right but not as much as the brand itself. I hope i gave it my best shot
