Have you considered adding rivnuts (threaded inserts) to the holes that require you to take the outer door off for removal and install? I was considering doing this so if I want to remove the windows on the trail, it would be possible without having to dismantle the door. Just a thought.

Yes but I came to the conclusion that I'm going to want somewhere to store the doors anyway and they're quite big so it's probably better to take them off before the ride and honestly it's so quick and easy to do even taking the door skin off it's not really a big deal. I think probably the worst thing you'd have to worry about on the trail doing it like this would be losing the screws or something

How do you like the machine overall? I’m seriously considering getting this exact one out here in Arizona. How’s she holding up?

@@jerb9254 Well I paid $1,200 to have a new drive shaft put in it already and the carrier bearing relocated because of the noise that it has in the lower RPM range which is common on all the max models. Drove it list than 10 mi and it's already back in the shop because the drive shaft fell out after I got it back. Other than the driveline noise that should be addressed from the factory not something the customer has to pay to fix later it's been great

@@jerb9254 My advice would be when you get it while you're still within your 6-month warranty complain about the noise that it will definitely have and get yours fixed under warranty

@@DKSpencerCustomKinetics I don’t really mind the noise. I’ll be wearing headphones in my ear and the kids can put in earplugs. 🤷🏾‍♂️ As long as there aren’t any major mechanical issues, I think I’m sold. Got a really good deal at the dealership for the display model. We won’t be riding it hard. Just cruising the trails here in the desert and mountains. This will be our first UTV. Thanks for responding. 👍🏾
