What burns me up is how easily you can get back on track. But im stuck in the mud trying to get back to 8,000 a month in gross. Great motivation tool for me.

Good Advice, Dont be afraid of Ebay fees and shipping. Buy high volume items at the right price. And do volume.

I could never crack the hump of my hours in and net sales exceeding $15-$25 per hour. A tough side gig for the money in my opinion. I probably didn't choose good items.

Yeah you should be able to work say 4 hours a day 25 days a month. 100 hours and easily make $3-$4k without a sweat which is $30 an hour or $40

- love the glimpse into your business! As a buyer on ebay, I can attest something is amiss with their search bar- I collect antique books, so I enter complete title of books I want- I was shown jerseys, hair curlers, poster prints and toys- I tried a few different times and got so frustrated I found the books on abe books

I wish you would do a video on postcards. Start to finish. What you buy, show us what envelopes you use and the whole step by step. When you tell us like you did in this video people like me who don’t ship that kind of stuff are lost because I have never shipped that small of stuff. Thanks again one of my favorite channels on YT !

Ill make one on these. You just scan them with the scanner i have, make the listing (We use a template for faster) and we store them in a small bin inside a plastic sleeve 1/3rd of a penny. Lets us put a number sticker on it (sku inventory location). and then we ship in cardboard 3x5s i got off ebay for a couple pennies. Nothing to it

No benefit.. noone searches by your store name, they search by your items. Run one store and dont overthink it

Nice video. I think you broke some kind of reseller rule by saying what your profit percentage is. I sell low end sports cards and am happy making 40K a year from it. Easy to list and ship.

Wipe down and clean, test, and photograph. Into a small plastic bag with SKU number and into the bin. its actually a fast process

Sports cards (mostly hockey) i have in 10 boxes. We will be listing more of those also. I have sold a couple grand in bulk and individually on ebay, i just havent had time to list them consistently (along with my remotes and postcards) because i opened and built a fulfillment operation :-). BUt now it has employees and logistics being handled so ill have more time to build this

Casey, I hope you don’t treat your customers products that they ship to your warehouse the same way you treat your remote control inventory. Please assure us that our inventory wouldn’t have chairs or other outdoor patio products stacked on top of our valuable e-commerce products if we would use your fulfillment service. 😮
