I love when I can make the most of a layover. I had 7 hours in Amsterdam, after 3 hours of catching up on work, and even though I was totally exhausted from a 9 hour red eye flight, I decided it would be nice to get out of the airport and see some sights as fast as I could. Nothing will stop me from getting a bit of adventure in. It had been 10 years since I was in Amsterdam last, it was so nice to visit again! It reminded me of all the reasons I loved it the first time.
