One thing you can take from this video is that your failed projects are the building blocks of your successful journey. That wasn’t an overnight success or that she got lucky with the name/concept. She tried so many things that really lead her to this. She took so many risks and opportunities. I really think successful entrepreneurs are the ones who constantly seek opportunities and go for it, network, fail, learn and do it all again. They are making things and not just getting comfortable and seating still in their comfy role/job with a guaranteed monthly paycheck. Really proud for her success and I do believe she has a good concept that can become a global franchise.

I started my Vegan 🌱 meal prep business out of my mothers kitchen in February 2017. I wanted to partner with delivery apps like Uber Eats & Door Dash. I looked into to renting kitchen space. The ironic part in all of this is she contacted a major beef selling chain in Shake Shack for partnership when her whole concept is to go vegan lol. And Chick-Fil-A averages $9 million per store a year and they have a drive-thru and we all know they are non-stop busy. So I think she is being a little disingenuous about her valuation with only 7 locations.
