Just a little update: I've just tried ditching fluoridated toothpaste for the fourth time and once more I failed. My teeth were feeling very strong and my health was great too, so I thought it was time to try, but after exactly 3 weeks my teeth became painful, felt soft, they started looking transparent and more yellow, and my gums started getting irritated. Two brushes with my regular fluoride toothpaste and all the pain was gone, my teeth feel very hard and strong again. If you're experiencing tooth pain and cavities, please please please consider that your natural fluoride free toothpaste might be to blame. For some of us, fluoride toothpaste is the only way to have healthy teeth. I know it's not the healthiest thing, but having unhealthy teeth is much unhealthier for your body. All I can say is please keep an open mind! Don't stick to the dogma even if it's hurting your teeth. Think with your own head. Good luck on your own healing journeys!

GOSH, I totally agree! I started having problems with my teeth when I started using natural tooth pastes and cut out too many things out of my diet - Shifting to a 'intuitive eating lifestyle' and fluoride tooth paste has been soooo much better. I've been so overwhelmed with the gum recession.. Im so glad your video popped up! Now I'm on the journey of healing my teeth. Thank you for this! sending lots of love 🍓

Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil which is a natural antibacterial agent, Glucosamine Chondroitin vitamins, MSM Sulfur vitamins, Saline Rinse with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Brushing with Tumeric, applying Tea Tree Oil with Cutips, and select other things will correct the problem. This is coming from a guy who has TMJ, and for those who aren’t familiar TMJ is one of the most painful things you couldn’t ever even imagine.

Mistake number 1 is: letting your dentist use the turbine with their abrasives and ultra heat produced by the high spinning mini grinder to "clean" your teeth instead of hand scraping the tartar away. This dentist process should be stopped because it first cuts the connection or seal between the gum and the teeth, this is why the bleeding at the dentist "cleaning", second it polishes the microscopic surface of the teeth that allows the gum to attach to the teeth and last the heat burns it killing this important live line between gum and teeth and the gum can no longer grip or hold onto anything from each tooth because now it is polished smooth. If this cleaning was done onto the achilles tendon one would no longer be able to stand. The fast spinning and abrasive pastes and heat by your dentist is like having a regular tooth brush and dental paste going over the gum/tooth line millions of times in seconds and way more damaging than regular cold tooth brush cleaning. Such ignorance is that of dentist blaming bad cold brushing as the main reason. Next time you visit your dentist you might want to say what I say no turbine or machine cleaning on my teeth, most likely they would do it anyway because you can't see it and have your mouth open under their rush.

This is how my dentist in Australia destroyed my otherwise healthy gum tissues after normal cleaning turned into a horrific story . My Bali Indonesia dentist was the best and because of bloody corona I couldn't travel out to Bali for my regular teeth cleaning session. Now I am in pain regularly.

I've also heard that fluoride (in toothpaste) has a numbing effect. And, using a soft bristled toothbrush is better: gentle on enamel AND gums. And, after acid foods like lemon or sodas (which soften tooth enamel) immediately rinse your mouth with water then wait about 15 minutes before brushing, this will give your tooth enamel a chance to harden up again.

1:00 ate lots of sugar as a kid. couple years ago i got 6 cavities in one year. first we went vegetarian a few years ago. every woman on mom's side, i has a magnesium absorption issue so calcium got to all the wrong places unchecked by Mg. 3:30 we did paleo which is notoriously low in Mg, whole grain and legumes are primary source of Mg in most diets. so i wasn't getting enough Mg. so my Mg plummeted and due to dairy, calcium was high. the paleo diet gave me hypothyroidism, perhaps due to MG deficit and calcium overload. cold air on teeth was too painful. 5:45 dosing high Mg and spraying Mg on toothbrush to deliver to mouth/gums. 6:10 i stopped flossing which helped. it creates pockets between teeth, within a week of stopping i had no pain. 7:00 i use a rubber gum stimulator instead of flossing. 8:45 plenty of dentists against flossing. 9:05 went back to fluoride toothpaste, a necessary evil, since i reintroduced it, my teeth got stronger, and each time i tried to get off it, i got pain in all my teeth, happened to my sister too. 12:10 soft toothbrush. will never go back to electric toothbrush. and i can use baking soda to whiten teeth. 13:10 took more zinc. 14:15 better food prep to maximize nutrition. 14:50 stay away from refined sugars. avoided limiting my diet aka vegetarian diet, paleo diet, wasn't making me healthier, only when i embraced a variety of foods did it work.

13:10 zinc and copper need to go together when taking them, they are partners. the same goes for calcium and magnesium. You must take magnesium with calcium, without the mag the body will not safely and intelligently dissolve and distribute the calcium where it is needed.

@@ClearOutSamskaras100% WRONG! Check out Dr. Garrett Smith here on KZfaq. He goes into great detail of why COPPER is a direct TOXIN. And should NEVER be supplemented under any circumstances! Copper is bad news. And you need *Zinc* the GOOD mineral to detox copper. The powers that be are always trying to push toxins on us. For every (good) mineral they recommend, they also recommend a (bad) mineral for you to take with it aswell. They combine the good with the bad for us, cuz they don’t have our best interests at heart.

Thanks for your openness and honesty concerning flossing and fluoride. I've actually damaged my teeth from brushing too hard. I've formed 2 cavities on the lower right side where my gums have receded. The dentist told me that that happened because I'm right handed and that's where most of the pressure is applied when brushing. So because of the (hard) brushing my gums on the right have receded, leaving the tooth crown unprotected and that's where the cavities have formed.

Same here. That’s where the gum is receding from the tooth it’s actually just brushed away the dentin from the base of my tooth. Now there is a gap there and I can’t seem to get it to fix itself. I’m doing oil pulling now to see if that helps.

Update: Indeed, the fluoride toothpaste started healing my tooth problems, which is a life saver. I hadn't been on fluoride toothpaste for at least 10 years. Now here's the catch 22: the amount of fluoride in toothpaste is super strong. If I kept it in my mouth for more than 2 minutes, my jaws would start hurting the next day. When I wake up, I can still feel the fluoride on my teeth, a clean feeling. However, I also started finding my mind getting just a bit clouded, and some mind tricks I could do before were not possible anymore. I did grow up with fluoride toothpaste, not only that, my mother fed me fluoride tablets. I did have great teeth. So there may be a dependency of some sort as you speculated that when you grow up on it, your teeth rely on it. On the other hand, my deteriorating teeth might just have been a consequence of insulin resistance, diabetic problems, neuropathic issues from lack of Thiamine etc, and that the amount of fluoride we ingest is enough to keep the teeth sharp. I might start putting FL toothpaste on with a mouth guard like for teeth whitening, so it doesn't absorb through my gums. My brain is more important.

I have had cavities heal by using BLIS Healthy teeth mouth probiotics, this is what we are suppose to have in our mouths to fight the nasty bacteria, don't use any tooth paste with glycerol though as it stops teeth re-enamelling, I mix baking soda, coconut oil and a little salt to brush with, then hold the tablet on the gums and problem areas one at night and again in the morning.

Hi Be Good, I don't think baking soda is too harsh, it is an acid buffer that the body produces naturally, mix it with equal parts coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Here is a link to the M 18 mouth probiotics, they have other ones, this is the one I found useful and healing to decay. Do everything you can to heal your gums now, it ends badly in loose teeth but you can stop it. Buy a water pic and keep them clean and not acidic. blisprobiotics.com.au/blis-toothguard

Be Good To Yourself -Try neem toothpaste from Desert Essence ( The one I use says Natural Neem-cinamint-with baking sods & essential oil of mint). It takes away bath breath instantly. It is more exoensive than regular toothpaste but it is well worth it $6.00-$7.00 for 6.25 oz tube. You only need a very small amount on wet toothbrush. Flouride is poison. Please top using it as soon as possible.

No judgement, just fyi: fluoride pulls the minerals in your teeth to the surface, which is why it's deemed beneficial. Unfortunately that means that your inner tooth is weakened, and in such a way that you can't tell from the outside...

Periodontol disease is caused by oral spirochettes! Fact !! ! You will never get a dentist to check you for them. So before it gets bad use clossys as other mouthwash won’t kill them. In uk it’s ultradex, I’m too late finding this out , I’m gunna need gum grafts probably, but if I help someone with this then good :)

Oh my goodness! I resonate with this SO much. My gums have receded a lot due to the electric toothbrush and flossing the dentist in the UK suggested. I had heavy metal poisoning and thyroid issues from the Breast Implant Illness. I also think I need to take magnesium, my body perked up at this. Plus as you were talking I had a memory about the first time I did a fluoride swish as a girl...So I just ran and brushed with fluoride toothpaste. I think I’m on the right track since I was led here just days after I started doing affirmations and sending love and encouragement to my mouth instead of frustration and fear. Thank you for this video. I needed some camaraderie and encouragement. 🥰✨

Thank you!!! very valuable info. i have been floxed a year ago, and my teeth looks horrible as a result! i remember my teeth was very very sensitive, but soon the sensitivity slowly went away. the only thing i can remember is, i was taking magnesium citrate and vitamin C. back then. I did not know that the magnesium was one of my teeth healers! I hope I can find a way to remineralize my teeth.

I had the same experience, and my white teeth starting turning kind of bluish-gray. They ached all the time and just felt so weird. It reminded me that teeth are “living.” My doctor said I was low in vitamin D, so I was taking a supplement. I have red hair, and studies have shown redheads process D differently. I also had taken yeast out of my diet, so there went bread! I also barely eat meat because I just don’t like it. I was so sad and went to the dentist. He had no clue and seemed unconcerned. I felt like I looked “poisoned.” I just looked different. I researched if anyone else was having these issues. Someone was and they asked if I had red hair. They said that a person can get too much vitamin D. I stopped taking it and things have improved tremendously. I also quit using fluoride toothpaste and was oil-pulling. I feel that has actually helped, but I am not absolutely positive. I just know that getting off D was the first positive step. I try to get natural sunlight each day for at least 10 minutes. I also have the gum issue, but I think some of that is just the aging process. I will be 56 in a month. Anyway, hope my story can help someone. Instead of visualizing, I pray to God. I am thankful that things have improved for us both.

Very interesting video :) When you were eating a lot of dairy, was it pasteurised or raw? Apparently when it's pasteurised, the calcium becomes a lot less bioavailable than when it's raw. Also, have you tried hydroxyapatite toothpaste? I've read that it works just as well as fluoride and is naturally occuring in our teeth.
@Vitalivesfree

Mostly raw. I think my low stomach acid simply prevented me from absorbing any of that calcium, hence zero benefits. Yes, I tried that toothpaste, didn't notice any difference. ❤️

The problem may be the dairy. Excess dairy strips calcium from your bones. Dairy may be high in calcium but it is not readily absorbed from this source. Paleo is also unhealthy and imbalanced. Where do vegetarian animals get their calcium? Vegetation. A balanced vegan diet will provide the calcium and magnesium you need. Also all the other essential minerals. Nations with the highest osteoporosis are the biggest dairy consumers.

I think flossing helps remove stuff from teeth that is close together. You don't have to get close to the gums if that bothers you. I bought natural toothpaste with sea salt. Before that, I made my own with himylan salt. My teeth seem just as clean. The salt has minerals in it. I saw someone in another video talk about fluoride gets clogged in your thyroid and can cause hair to fall out.

Gums grow into the gaps between the teeth. Also the debris seems to accumulate right next to the gums, so it's simply impossible not to touch them when flossing. xx

Thank you for this video! You said so many things that my own intuition already revealed to me about Fluoride and flossing. My husband has been a lifelong foster and used to have the most beautiful teeth but not anymore, his gums have receded really badly, his teeth are yellowing and he has always had very good oral hygiene but we were Vegans for 4 years, then Vegetarian for 3 yrs and now we eat Wild-caught Fish, Organic poultry one to two times a week ...and I recently incorporated fluoride toothpaste back after 20 years of eliminating it. My husband did oil pulling for 2yrs w/Coconut oil every day and we began to notice new gum growth but it took a very long time to begin to notice, maybe 6 months but they were growing! It grew in almost a clear color and slowly began to get color after a few weeks and for some reason he stopped and the damage returned. He began again yesterday but my intuition said to try Epsom salt (pure Magnesium) which is what led me to your video. It really is a science to eating...Living! The more I learn, the more I learn we know very little about about our bodies. Thank you!💕🕊

I used to have gum problem too😂😂😂 I did more or less of what she recommended, on top of that, I also masagge the gums from outside of of face, ie, on the skin that is directly opposite to the gum. The point is to find painful spots on tje gum. If I found some, then I put on more forces to press on it. Aftera few days, the spots are no longer painful, the gum looks better from the inside.

Regular flossing recommendations are really an Anlgo-American phenomenon. The European Federation of Periodontologists doesn't recommend routine flossing for the general public, because there's insufficient evidence base. They recommend interdental brushes or toothpicks instead. Flossing requires alot of skill to be effective and if you do it improperly, it can damage the gums. The gum stimulator IS a dentist's tool. I had a dentist use one years ago when I wore braces. It's not commonly used, but it's a relatively safe practice. It's best to soften it a bit under hot water before you use it.

i remember a video about 8 years ago that demonstrated that some people have different microbes in their mouth than others. And some microbes are harmless, some microbes cause tooth decay, and some microbes will actually feed off your gums. Not everyone has these gum eating microbes in their mouth. I wish i could find the video again. But anyway, one way to kill these gum eating microbes is to swish with hydrogen peroxide regularly, or put peroxide in your water pic. i used to swish with peroxide, but then I had exposed dentin spots in teeth, and when the peroxide hit the dentin the shocking sensation was similar to chewing aluminum foil.

I strongly support that!! Ramiel Nigel on KZfaq was nearly right about everything except he's missing the piece that it's *magnesium* that pushes calcium back into bones - essential for preventing further bone loss! This woman understands that piece. It's crucial to take ionic magnesium, and also like she says, to take magnesium chloride topically and orally. I'm doing that as of 3 months ago, and at my checkup, about 50% of my 4 mm pockets are now 3 mm, and one of them is only 2 mm! This has NEVER happened! Also she mentions Nourishing Traditions, which along with Ramiel Nagel recommends using fermented cod liver oil with butter oil for an amazing food source of all of the fat-soluble vitamins, A, D, E, and K2. Magnesium plus fermented cod liver oil/butter oil can completely heal all dental disease (and healthy diet also).
