nice personally i will never recommend a beginner the bro split instead i would say start with full body 3 days a week after about 1 or 2 months move to the push pull legs (add abs on any one of these days) split and train 6 days a week with one rest day because it is the better muscle building split that the bro split since most of the exercise a bro split have is isolated exercises which does not build big muscles and strength in a good speed unlike compound exercises in the push pull leg split that will actually boost your progress(if you are doing progressive overload) and it will be better for you too so give it a try.

I find it funny how you’re upset you lost a couple of years in high-school where you could have had a better body image before you started working out. I’m 35 and only now getting serious about bodybuilding, I’ve spent half my life as skinny-fat.

I was not nessecairly upset that I was skinny fat, I just was upset that I wanted to change something about myself and didn't quite know how to do so. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being skinny fat, I just wasn't happy with myself at that time. No matter what age you are its such a good thing to be taking your health more seriously and if that comes in the form of body building, like myself, more power too you!

Good question! I record my voice overs in OBS and add a couple filters over my microphone. The filters I use are a noise gate, compressor and EQ. Hope this helps!

Currently I’m in a calorie maintenance so my weight is staying pretty much the same but I am turning my fat into muscle without losing mass. Hope this helps!

Depends on your goals but personally I think if you already have a lot of muscle, I would recommend cutting, on the flip side, if you want to be putting on more muscle then you currently have, then a slight bulk or calorie maintenance would be your best option. If you want to be very big and muscular then bulk, but if you want to be more toned then you are now maintenance is a great option, hope this helps!

if you're skinny-fat you can realistically do either. It just depends on what you value more. If you're fine with looking a bit fatter for a while then bulk, but if you really just wanna get that fat off you then cut and bulk when you're more comfortable with it

Eat below maintenance calories but make sure to get your 1gram of protein per pound of body weight daily
