Thanks for all these alternatives for our cleaning products- I love Thieves cleaner! As for hiring a house cleaner- best choice for you and your family! We are empty nesters and work full time but once every quarter I have someone come in and do a full deep clean- walls, ceilings, baseboards, light fixtures, pulling the appliances and furniture out to clean all those forgotten areas. And I will probably continue to do this more often as we get older (we are 61 & 64 right now) until we have to move in with our daughter (they are adding a 2 story addition on to their home and adding a garden apartment for us for future use, the apartment will be aging in place but their oldest daughter will live in it when she comes home from college right now) yes, we are very blessed.

I love that you are open about having people clean your house. I am a stay at home, homeschool mom to 3 girls, make my own sourdough, drive 45 minutes every 2 weeks to buy our raw dairy. If I did not have a house cleaner bi-weekly our house would be nasty or we wouldn’t eat all the local grown and homemade foods we eat. There is no way I have time to homeschool, still care do our home, do the laundry and just all the regular home chores and cook most of our meals from scratch with local products. There is no shame and we can’t do it all. It’s so nice having a balance and the joy of a clean home provides for our family. Plus, on top do it all our cleaner was a homeschooler who is now making $30 an hour at age 19 until she one day gets married and wants to homeschool her own children. I love that we can support her and her business! She also uses all thieves cleaning products! I am loving your channel so much!!!! Oh and PS I bring home no money and don’t have a side gig and my husband is extremely supportive of OUR choice to hire someone to help clean our home.

Shamed for having cleaners? I wish I could afford a house cleaner to come in at least once a month….it’s difficult especially as a working mom who isn’t home the majority of the day. As soon as we can fit it in our budget we will be hiring a cleaning service to come monthly! I don’t really smell the scent when I use a diffuser, but I’m trying to get rid of candles. Someone recently commented in an essential oil group that thieves is toxic to children and that it shouldn't be used on surfaces they touch or diffuse around them. Others agreed! Have you heard anything about that? It definitely concerned me.

Does it remove the mold that can grow in the bathroom (walls, sink, faucets)? How long would you have to let it sit and would it be diluted?
